"Nervous Around Beautiful Women? There's a Rule for That"

I could talk to any woman I wasn't attracted to. Charming, funny, relaxed. Then a gorgeous woman looked my way and I'd become a sweating, babbling mess.

The fix took me years to find and ten minutes to learn. Nervousness and excitement are the same physical state — pounding heart, adrenaline, flushed face. Your brain just picks the label. And you can pick a better one.

Rule 16 shows you how. You feel the nerves, relabel them as excitement, and let that energy pour out as enthusiasm. Women notice the guy radiating it. They always do.

I have made the biggest mistake of my life, I lost the girl of my dreams. We have been together for 6 months and I told her I couldn't have a relationship if we werent gonna have more sex. She hung up on me and she will barely talk to me, she said that I broke up with her. I have been mentally f*cked up since. This happened yesterday afternoon. I am completely crushed. She was my first girlfriend and she took my virginity from me also. I am 20 years old. I want her back badly, I know she is the one for me... I have been doing everything on here to be a don juan or whatever, and it has done the opposite for me. She thinks I'm a complete *******. I need to get her back otherwise I'm going to do something stupid. Please help me guys, please.. i truly love her.

"Why Women Dump the Guys Who Try the Hardest"

You paid for dinner. You drove. You said "whatever you want is fine" every single time. All the effort, no expectations.

And she left anyway — probably for a guy who makes her pick up the pizza.

Painful. Also predictable. Her mind quietly concludes that anything requiring zero effort from her is worth exactly zero. You became a free sample, and free samples get taken for granted.

The 22 Rules flip the dynamic. Small shifts that get her investing effort, money, and time in you — until SHE'S the one afraid of losing YOU.

I know

I know it hurts alot now but over time if you guys dont get back together the pain will always subside.

I would be a little mad if a girl that I was dating would come to the conclusion that I broke up with her by just hanging up the phone, she could possibly be fed up with the relationship long before and just needed an excuse. And whats with her no giving you sex, sex isn't a barganing chip for her to use.

She seems to have lost intrest, and you need to move on and try to picture your life without her.

I know it difficult but there isnt much I can say that will make you feel better right now. Your going to have to figure it out for yourself.

If being a don juan had an opposite affect on you, why did you continue to do it? Be yourself first. Better question, did you like yourself when you were a don juan. If the answer is yes, then its her fault. If its not, then its your fault.

Why do you want someone so badly who doesn't understand you at all. To me, she sounds like an idiot. You did not say you broke up with her, you said you needed more sex.

If she is the one for you, you do not need to do 'everything' to have a relationship with her. If she is the one for you, you need to do 50% of the work to have a relationship.

If you haven't dated and have more girlfriends, there is no way you know she is 'the one'. There are plently of girls out there. Maybe you feel she is the one cuz she's the hottest girl to out with you. If you could get any girl you want, personallity and looks wise, would you stick with her?

There are plently of girls who enjoy sex, are understanding, caring, and have a good mind. They just take some time to find, but you'll definatly find one if you search.

If you are still interested in being with her, just be honest. Tell her that you made some mistakes and have some flaws in your personallity, but you still have feelings for her and would like to give the relationship another shot.

She didn't break up because you asked for more sex. Her interest must have been going down for a while.

She's been slowly having less and less sex, right? That's falling desire. Things must have been wrong for a while.

Besides, chicks under 25 fall in and out of love for no reason.

I need to get her back
Kiss of death there.

I'm guessing you've called and texted a few dozen times apologizing. One apology is enough, but when a chick says it's over, the only thing you can do is dissappear for two weeks. Start trying to find other girls, and see if this one comes around, but don't count on it.

“The 22 Psychological Triggers That Make Women Chase You… Starting Tonight”

Forget the cash, the cars, and the chiseled jawlines. Female desire operates on a completely different frequency. Primal. Subconscious. Triggers that bypass her logic and hit her on a gut level. Most guys are totally blind to them.

I know because I was one of them. The overthinking. The paralysis. The silent drive home kicking yourself for freezing up. Watching average guys walk away with the girl while you stood there stuck in your own head.

Then I decoded the psychology behind what actually makes women tick. 22 hard rules.  Subtle behavioral shifts that rewired my entire reality. The anxiety evaporated. Women started leaning in. Investing. Chasing.
