How do you guys feel when plates or ex-gfs move on lower quality dudes?

There is this plate for example i had last March ,fcked her like 3 times and after me she's with a guy skinnier,shorter and atleast 2 points less thanwhere i am in the 10 scale .

I know you will say that's only what a beta male would do but it concerns me on why when a chick has been with the best guy she has ever been in her whole life , after you dump her , she comes together with a lower one instead for onel at least in the same level?

One of the reasons i never had many gfs is that i have not found one better or at least the same as the last one to upgrade.

And for those that don't know, a plate is different than a gf.

Honestly I don't care, they're out of my life, what they do is insignificant to me. What appears as lower quality to you may be higher quality to her/them (although your ego may fight this idea). I was just wondering why is like that though. Lack of options? Desperation? Low standards?
If one of these things is true then it has also some connection with you.

You really need to get to a place where you do not care what women do, otherwise you'll be a very unhappy person.
