"So, What Do You Do for Fun?"

She asks it casually, mid-sip. And you feel the floor open up, because the honest answer is work, gym, and a couple shows you're half-watching.

Women rarely say this out loud, but a man with a life is attractive before he says a word. The guy who spent Saturday deep-sea fishing and came back with photos and a story — he walks in already interesting.

The "22 Rules" pushed me to build a life worth talking about. Turns out the fastest way to be interesting to women is to be interested in your own life first.

One of the hardest parts of game or whatever it's correct term is for me to grasp and accept is plate theory.
I'm describing plate theory as having several women in 'rotation'. I felt it was honourable and just to only focus on one woman at a time.
I even fooled myself that I wasn't built to juggle more than one woman at a time.

Just as I've read once you stop caring and start having fun and enjoying women and seeing them for who they are...you attract more women. I'm sure it doesn't hurt that I've been on the gym for about 2 years now and eating really well and am coming into my own professionally after years and years of stagnation and occasional regression.

There was a woman I went on a date years ago. It went well but I fumbled and really made a fool of myself. I was in full beta mode back then.
I cut all contact.

I reached out to her a few weeks ago while sending a message to my contact list inviting them to an event I was putting on. She was very cold via text and never showed up.

A few nights ago I was out with a plate who turns out to be pretty famous internationally in her profession. Ahead of us in the line was the sister of the woman from years ago.
She kept looking back at us and while seated kept staring and typing on her phone.
Today out the blue I get a text from the chick from years ago asking when is my next event.

Coincidence or is this what game is about?

"Why Women Dump the Guys Who Try the Hardest"

You paid for dinner. You drove. You said "whatever you want is fine" every single time. All the effort, no expectations.

And she left anyway — probably for a guy who makes her pick up the pizza.

Painful. Also predictable. Her mind quietly concludes that anything requiring zero effort from her is worth exactly zero. You became a free sample, and free samples get taken for granted.

The 22 Rules flip the dynamic. Small shifts that get her investing effort, money, and time in you — until SHE'S the one afraid of losing YOU.
