I am participating in a selection process for the position of advertising copywriter in an advertising agency, which it has been becoming a little boring.

My first interview was with HR. Everything went well. I went to the area manager.

Everything went well again, but they decided to opt for an employee of the company itself due to the budget of the vacancy - she agreed to take over for less than I asked.

The HR manager informed me of the situation and told me that this employee's position, due to the relocation, was now free and asked me if I would like to speak with this another manager.

Yes, I replied. Why not?

I did the interview. Everything went well again, but now HR informs me that there is another stage, with one of the company's partners.

Would you guys persist or would you quit? My stamina for this kind of process is very low. I currently work with other clients (freelancing) and have my Master's degree to complete so that I wouldn't miss it so much.

Just because a woman listens to you and acts interested in what you say doesn't mean she really is. She might just be acting polite, while silently wishing that the date would hurry up and end, or that you would go away... and never come back.

But what about the partner's partners? They'll want to be in the loop as well.

These ad agencies think they run plantations in a lot of cases. Too many kids want these jobs.

There's a lot of competition for marketing and advertising jobs. It's not that great of a field. Additionally, marketing/advertising is very layoff prone.
