Picking up girls at their work place

Theres a fast food restaraunt by my house and I always see very attractive girls working here.

The first one that I noticed is this black girl. I'm white and have never been with a girl who isn't and have thought black females were attractive for awhile. I don't know how to approach this situation.

Than theres this girl that just got hired there/I just started noticing recently. She is a very attractive blonde girl, looks to be 18-21. She has a tat thats on her arm and I can't see what it is because her shirt is covering it. I think that next time I go in there I'm going to ask her what it is.

I don't know how to go about getting this girls phone number after that. I was hoping that I would be in there when she was on break and sitting by her, but its unlikely that i'd be in there when she was on break.

I think that going after both of these would be a bad idea, seeing as they work together, and I think that the blonde girl is hotter and more likely to have a chance with anyways.

Any ideas on how I should approach this?

I have never been with a black woman either. I am thinking that I might have to give it a try at least one time. They have shown interest in the past. I just have to take action. We will see.

I'm white as ****, my entire family is racist as ****, but I think that black women are beautiful as long as their not fat and/or obnoxious and ghetto and ****. Over the past year or 2 i've started to become more attracted to poc than white girls but haven't been with one yet.

My problem is that I haven't found one that I am attracted to. Do what you want. Don't let your family hold you back. Sample all ethnicities. It's your life.
