Picking up girl at her job?

I went up to this girl and she was basically asking me questions like where i live and if i got a girlfriend etc.. all these questions and wanted my number afterwards and said she would find me a nice job but didnt call me. I know you basically got to go make the move yourself. How do i go about this and ask her out myself just try to flirt towards end of day invite her for drink?
