Bro these girls are in my classes at uni and I sit with with em. They can't get "rid" of me.
I get number then I ask out get some excuse which you know MIGHT be legit. Then next time I see them I act like it never acted. Because they might be playing hard to get.
I don't know if that's really that good an idea man, to act like NOTHING AT ALL happened. It's okay if your only contact with them is the phone or msn, but you know this person in real life. If they ignore your msgs or keep feeding excuses, there's nothing wrong with saying SOMETHING about it. Just don't go all needy and whiney. Just bust on her about it, like "oh there you are...why didn't u fkn return my call the other day... I was gonna say we should [do bla blah]... u would have had a ball...[or anything that makes what u had planned sound like it would have been good]". Then just act like but oh well, u didn't, so your loss...but no big deal, YOU are not bothered by it at all. The impression you wanna give when u bring up her ignoring your txts or not returning a call or giving u some excuse is that you find it kinda WEIRD that someone would not wanna do something with you; it's so "obvious" that doing stuff with you is so much fun that only a "moron" would choose to miss out on it. I'm not saying you should EXPLAIN any of this to her -- DEFINITELY don't do that! -- but this is the kind of impression she is supposed to get, even if in her mind she doesn't use these same words to explain it to herself.
Then, aftewards, just go back to your normal frame, chat to her, make her laugh, have fun etc.
But if you act like NOTHING at all happened, like you never even txted her or called her, in my opinion, that's kinda wussyish.
Edit
Just wanna add, I, personally, am not good at giving the above impression, so I'm not really talking from personal experience. BUT, I had this leb mate who was a MASTER at it. Like, some nights I would do something different to his group, and even if I had best night out, when I'd see him, I'd get the impression that maybe I "missed out" on something by not being with his group. Works pretty much the same with chicks.
