"I just moved here from Florida."

That sentence contains at least five follow-up questions she WANTS you to ask. Where in Florida? What brought you here? How long have you been in the area? What do you miss? How does it compare to here?

She handed them to you on a silver platter. And you said, "Oh cool. I come here every week. I love this band. Ummm... pretty crowded tonight."

She smiled politely. Nodded. And never texted you back.

I was that guy for years. Talking too much. Listening too little. Panicking about my next sentence while she was literally feeding me the answers.

Then I found 22 rules that fixed the whole thing. Rule number one: shut up and listen. She'll tell you exactly what to say.

hey so i got this girls phone number at a bar the other night but i cant remember her name....i think i might have an idea of what it is but im not exactly sure

we really hit it off, how would you guys go about this situation? should i call and just avoid saying her name, or just straight out ask her what it is and tell her i forgot, which probably wouldnt be to smooth.

"Nervous Around Beautiful Women? There's a Rule for That"

I could talk to any woman I wasn't attracted to. Charming, funny, relaxed. Then a gorgeous woman looked my way and I'd become a sweating, babbling mess.

The fix took me years to find and ten minutes to learn. Nervousness and excitement are the same physical state — pounding heart, adrenaline, flushed face. Your brain just picks the label. And you can pick a better one.

Rule 16 shows you how. You feel the nerves, relabel them as excitement, and let that energy pour out as enthusiasm. Women notice the guy radiating it. They always do.

google for her phone number, if it's not a cell that is:
search for:
(###)-###-####
and her parents names and address will most likely show up. This might at least give you an idea or a hint.

Forgot the name, no shame mate, things like that always happen to me. What i DO is, i call her up, and tell her my name, tell her when and were we met, and she will say ohh ya i remember you, then just tell her the truth, trust me she wont be mad. Or if you think you remember her, then call her from a different cell and say something like "HEllo this is MOHAMAD ALI looking for (hername) If she says yes thats me, then you hang up, andcall her next day, without bullshyt. if she says no its not my name, then ask her what is it, she says it and then you cal back like A DIFFERENT CHARACTER.

"You'll Never Feel READY to Walk Over"

Next Monday you'll feel more confident. After the gym you'll feel more confident. After one more drink you'll feel more confident. After you get a better haircut, a better jacket, a better job.

You've been "getting ready" for two years.

She's standing ten feet away right now. She'll be gone in four minutes. No amount of preparation will manufacture the courage that only comes from moving your feet.

Walk over. Stumble through the first sentence. Let it be clumsy. Let it be imperfect. You will feel more alive in those ten seconds than you have all month.

Watch her name be Steve.

On the up note, it's perfectly okay if you forget a name, you can work around that in conversation. Just remember next time to have a girl give you her NAME with the number.

if its a cell phone, most girls leave their name on their voicemail greeting, so just call her using *67 like @ 2 in the morning and see if maybe she says her name then just call her like 2 days later if its a house number, then its harder, cause what if her parents or sibling answer? who are you supposed to ask for? lol. good luck
