Hi, I am Petari, 18 years old. I am at my last year of second school, and I discovered DJ/PUA material 3 months ago, since then, I have been very much into this stuff, practicing and reading about it a whole lot!
This will be both my Improvement plan, and my personal journal for the next XX amount of time.
I would like to keep track of my improvements, and my results throughout the weeks, so that I can go back. Every 1st in the month, and see how well I did.
Where I want to improve, and what my goals are;
Sleeping
Sleeping is very problematic for me, I cannot fall asleep, and I do not take it seriously enough. I am not getting enough sleep, and I am going to bed too late!
Way of reaching my goal
To help myself fall asleep, I will only lay in my bed, when I want to sleep!
I will sleep in between 8-10 hours a day! Nothing more, nothing less.
I will get up every morning at 06.00 AM, to get some extra hours out of the day.
School
I was a straight A student, not I just slack! I am doing my homework within the last minutes, and I am not participating in class.
Way of reaching my goal
In every one of my classes, I will raise my grades with minimum one grade!
I will use a minimum of 2 hours a day for homework and studying!
I will finish all of my homework 24 hours before deadline, so I can reread it and improve it
I will participate at least twice a day In each class, just raise my hand and add SOMETHING.
Working out & Eating
I am not taking eating and working out serious anymore, and this is becoming an huge problem for me!
Way of reaching my goal
Forgetting that fast food was invented, this food is only having a negative effect on me.
Make it a habit to work out seriously in the gym 3-4 times a week.
I will start running every second day, the days that I swim, I am allowed to skip the running.
Girls
Since I found out about DJ/PUA material, my game has improved very much! But I still lack the skill to reach the last stage – the lay. From the approach to the Kiss/number I am smooth, from that point I suck.
I am spending too much time thinking about the girls that I game, huge disadvantage!
Way of reaching my goal
To remove my last AA, I will have to approach a minimum of 20-30 girls a week (for a start).
I will practice my day 2’s, perhaps even lower my standards a bit to have more girls to practice on.
I will push myself to reach the Lay – remove all the psychological boundaries and the “what if’s”.
Realizing that I am the prize to be won, to lower the amount of time wasted on thinking about girls.
Socializing, to improve my social skills, and my conversational skills.
At the moment, these are my problems, solutions and goals. I have asked my friends to push me too, which I believe is a huge help in reaching my goals! They are actually surprisingly supporting me VERY good.
