Hi, I am Petari, 18 years old. I am at my last year of second school, and I discovered DJ/PUA material 3 months ago, since then, I have been very much into this stuff, practicing and reading about it a whole lot!

This will be both my Improvement plan, and my personal journal for the next XX amount of time.

I would like to keep track of my improvements, and my results throughout the weeks, so that I can go back. Every 1st in the month, and see how well I did.
Where I want to improve, and what my goals are;

Sleeping
Sleeping is very problematic for me, I cannot fall asleep, and I do not take it seriously enough. I am not getting enough sleep, and I am going to bed too late!

Way of reaching my goal
To help myself fall asleep, I will only lay in my bed, when I want to sleep!
I will sleep in between 8-10 hours a day! Nothing more, nothing less.
I will get up every morning at 06.00 AM, to get some extra hours out of the day.

School
I was a straight A student, not I just slack! I am doing my homework within the last minutes, and I am not participating in class.

Way of reaching my goal
In every one of my classes, I will raise my grades with minimum one grade!
I will use a minimum of 2 hours a day for homework and studying!
I will finish all of my homework 24 hours before deadline, so I can reread it and improve it
I will participate at least twice a day In each class, just raise my hand and add SOMETHING.

Working out & Eating
I am not taking eating and working out serious anymore, and this is becoming an huge problem for me!

Way of reaching my goal
Forgetting that fast food was invented, this food is only having a negative effect on me.
Make it a habit to work out seriously in the gym 3-4 times a week.
I will start running every second day, the days that I swim, I am allowed to skip the running.

Girls
Since I found out about DJ/PUA material, my game has improved very much! But I still lack the skill to reach the last stage – the lay. From the approach to the Kiss/number I am smooth, from that point I suck.
I am spending too much time thinking about the girls that I game, huge disadvantage!

Way of reaching my goal
To remove my last AA, I will have to approach a minimum of 20-30 girls a week (for a start).
I will practice my day 2’s, perhaps even lower my standards a bit to have more girls to practice on.
I will push myself to reach the Lay – remove all the psychological boundaries and the “what if’s”.
Realizing that I am the prize to be won, to lower the amount of time wasted on thinking about girls.
Socializing, to improve my social skills, and my conversational skills.

At the moment, these are my problems, solutions and goals. I have asked my friends to push me too, which I believe is a huge help in reaching my goals! They are actually surprisingly supporting me VERY good.

Me gusta! I'm following you up bro, way to go! There are certain things you want to go in detail on in your posts due to you learning more from it later, also certain things you want to go in detail on due to people learning from it. I suppose you'll get a feel for it. I'm just rambling, like I always am.

As for the working out - Cutting fat and gaining muscle at the same time is not effective. I would rather research both of them, as there is A LOT of information on the internet. Try gaining mass and then cutting, or the other way around, depending on your body fat. Try drinking much more water, it makes you feel good. Eat tons of proteins, and don't eat simple carbs.

I think that you just feel the need for reference experience. I've noticed that now, that after I had sex, I felt much more confident and chilled about it. You know what I'm saying? Like it was a big deal, but it was all in my head. You should just escalate and stuff, it should really not be an uphill battle from here, it should all be downhill and easy. Tension can be stored by not kissing etc. I suppose you should just escalate and close, it depends on the situation.

Thank you man' Actually i got the idea of the Journal from you, so thanks! I am following yours too.

At the end of each week (sunday 18 pm local time) i will update this, except if something SPECIAL comes up which will make me update earlier.

I will try to go into details as much as posbile, since this is a journal, i want to be able to go back and see how/what i could have improved each week

- Actually, sex is not a huge deal for me, i just want to learn how to reach that base EASIER.

Great work, u seem to have made some good progress. I am in pretty much the same situation as you, except not as far along in the self improvement as you are, mainly in the girls section as i am not close to your 20-30 approaches a week.

BTW. NorwegianDJ said you should "Eat tons of proteins, and don't eat simple carbs." which i just saw and felt i needed to point out that if your trying to gain muscle then you actually do need to eat simple carbs, In ur post workout meal directly after the workout you should eat both protein and simple carbs as they will be used by your body to restore muscle glycogen. If your post workout meal doesn't contain carbs, your body may actually instead break down muscle tissue for this same purpose. That would be a bad thing. Carbs also create an insulin spike which helps to move nutrients into your muscle tissue quicker. Therefore some simple crabs are actually really important. Just dont make sure they aren't accompanied by fat.
 

Tell her a little about yourself, but not too much. Maintain some mystery. Give her something to think about and wonder about when she's at home.

Very true! Eating a lot of carbs in your post workout meal also means that you get an insulin spike while your GH levels are still high, so this will produce IGF-1. IGF-1 is believed to be one of the main hormones in muscle building. I also recommend a post-workout drink of simple carbs that is taken as fast as possible after your workout - not during.

First Post.

My first update - this will be a quick one since i have tons of homework to do.

What happened, i got 2x day 2's with to different girls, the one being a Hb 9 the second a Hb 6.

With the Hb 6 i just rushed through the stages, made out really quikly, but ran into some LMR that i just couldn't get rid of (because i still do not have the tolls for it).

With the Hb 9 - i met her like a week earlier and we kissed, and i had NO IDEA from that day and until today where her IL was at .. So i took this one slow.. TOO SLOW, i was acting so AFC, i did not even KINO until the end... At the end i was like fvck it.. either i fail hard, or else i get the kiss, so i was like;

Me - "I have been trying all day not to kiss you, it is kind of hard"
HB9 - "And so why is that"

- Well it was like minus 100 degrees in the apartman, it was **** COLD, so my hands was like ice!

Me - Well because everytime i touch your face, you are like "Arsh get off me, your hands are too cold"
HB 9 - gigles

Then i took my arm, placed on her cheek, and pulled her into me, and we made out .. we did this like 3 times, and everytime, she had this Cold Look into her eyes - THIS GIRL IS A MYSTERY ..

Well since i got the kiss when it was getting very late, i just followed her to the train and waited for her train .. We kissed goodby and ONCE AGAIN this ****ty "cold look" was on her face, she waved goodby from the train, and i waited for her to text me - which she did.

... The Hb6 is NOT a problem, i will get this girl next time - i am SURE.

The HB9 - What a mystery, i am scared around her, because it is NOT very often that i pull a girl like this..
