“The 22 Rules That Flip the Script With Women… And How You Can Use Them Tonight”

Most guys accidentally kill attraction before they even speak. They assume they need a bigger bank account, a better physique, or smoother lines. They miss the point.

Female desire operates on a specific set of psychological triggers.  Break them, and you're invisible. Follow them, and you become magnetic.

I learned this the hard way. Years of freezing up. Getting friend-zoned. Watching other guys walk away with the girl I wanted. Then I discovered a set of 22 simple rules that rewired my entire approach.

I remember quitting smoking. I miss my American Spirts :(

You'll find a new quirk to pass the time with soon enough. Smokes were like mini-vacations for me, smoke breaks of paradise if you will. Getting something to sub-in, is easy makes all the difference.

A lot of women gain weight when they stop smoking, so maybe you can do some kind of work out during those moments where you really want a ciggy, and kind of eliminate the possibility, while you combat the urge? A lot of women I know tried to quit, then used that reason as why they gave up trying to quit, and won't even try to quit in the future.

“The 22 Rules That Turned Me From Invisible to Irresistible With Women… Starting Tonight”

You can skip the expensive cars, the fancy clothes, and the endless gym selfies. Completely unnecessary.

I used to freeze the second a beautiful woman looked my way. Frustrated. Awkward. Watching other guys walk away with the girl while I stood there tongue-tied.

Then I discovered 22 simple rules that rewired my entire dating life. The anxiety vanished. Conversations flowed effortlessly. Women started chasing me for a change.

These rules trigger a woman's subconscious attraction switches. And you can start using them tonight.

Congratulations. I'm two weeks in on a cold turkey diet. It gets better Penkitten. In the first week, I was like a crack head. Couldn't concentrate, very jittery, headaches, very short temper, physical sickness/illness, etc, ad nauseum. I am a full two weeks in at this point, and there is something that I just realized at this moment:

I haven't thought about a cig all day! :D

It will get better. You just have to REALLY WANT to quit. Keep at it. The hardest part for me was not smoking in my car and after meals. I have been exercising a bunch (cardio) and using the sauna at the gym to sweat all the crap out of my body.

Caught a powder day two days ago on the slopes and I noticed how much easier I was breathing throughout the day. Granted, it's the near the end of the season and I'm in good ski shape, but I could tell my lungs were healing. It was all the incentive I needed to continue to stay healthy. Keep it up!

Thing is, we weren't born to be putting tobacco in our bodies it's a learned trait that we got from someone we hung out with either friends or even generational in a family which can be the worst kind and harder to quit.

I broke ties with a friend that had generationall habits and addictions. His dad smoked and drank and his dad's dad smoked and drank. No amount of treatment would make him quit he would go for awhile not drinking or smoking then one day out of the blue he would be drunk off his ass and be smoking like no tomorrow. In his mind whats wrong with it if his dad and grand dad did it so can he but he fails to realize if the people around him are annoyed it's time to do something about it. For there is no hidden motives behind anyone trying to inspire someone to quit bad habits regardless of what they are especially ones that could endanger ones health.

Just some added thoughts

Hi Penkitten,
Well done you seem to be doing well. I'm quitting smoking as well so I know how you feel. It's been 5 days and haven't had a craving until I read this thread! Seems to have passed. As long as 1) you really want to quit for yourself (as someone mentioned above) and 2) you realise that it will be really difficult at times you have a good basis. Just out of interest, what function do you think smoking performs/performed in your life?

Keep it up.

Two months smoke free for me! I am still on generic nicorette, but slowing down. Sometimes I'll take a drag, just to see, and it tastes like shyt, unlike other times I've quit.

The REAL reason I was able to quit however, is that I've miraculously had a few months of NO FEMALE RELATED DRAMA!

I don't know what I'm prouder of!

Oh, yeah, download a hypnosis cd, and play it when you go to bed every night for a while.

Just because a woman listens to you and acts interested in what you say doesn't mean she really is. She might just be acting polite, while silently wishing that the date would hurry up and end, or that you would go away... and never come back.

Then you were never really ready to quit in the first place. You did not mentally prepare yourself for the physical and psychological pain of withdrawal. Don't worry though. Each attempt to quit will give you new insights into addiction, and you can use that new knowledge for the next time you quit. Smokers will tell you that they have quit hundreds of times.

I am on going on week 4 of the cold turkey approach. I've tried the patch, medications, gum, blah blah blah. Bottom line was that I just had to WANT to quit for good. You have to be prepared to say goodbye to that old friend, the cigarette. They're fvcking junk!

I can't remember who said it on here (I think it was VU, but I will paraphrase): Anything you cannot quit is your MASTER. And you are it's SLAVE.
