“The 22 Psychological Triggers That Make Women Chase You… Starting Tonight”

Forget the cash, the cars, and the chiseled jawlines. Female desire operates on a completely different frequency. Primal. Subconscious. Triggers that bypass her logic and hit her on a gut level. Most guys are totally blind to them.

I know because I was one of them. The overthinking. The paralysis. The silent drive home kicking yourself for freezing up. Watching average guys walk away with the girl while you stood there stuck in your own head.

Then I decoded the psychology behind what actually makes women tick. 22 hard rules.  Subtle behavioral shifts that rewired my entire reality. The anxiety evaporated. Women started leaning in. Investing. Chasing.

the chantix is working and i am smoke free today!!!
however, the side effects are... i am irrational, irritable, panicky, and bat crazy.
my family has been very sweet to me, even though i have not been sweet to them. i don't crave a cigarette, but i don't know what to do with my time. i am jittery and feel so abandoned, i really have no way to describe it. i keep thinking maybe i am hungry, but i am not, so food tastes bad. i am not thirsty either. i guess i must miss the hand to mouth activity that smoking more than half my life brought. i am having a hard time sitting still, so i am going to clean something.

anyone else been in my shoes and have any advice or stories to share?

Good work Penny.

I never knew you smoked in the first place.

Its great that you are quitting though.

My buddy whose only like a year younger than me has been smoking since he's 13 and from the outside he looks like a body builder in perfect health as he lifts weights and sucks down protein like a fiend but he can barely get his work done these days because he gets winded too easily now as the ciggies have taken their toll. He has pretty much told me that they have effected his endurance lately.

Kitten, Good for you for quitting. Is it you who wants to quit or are you doing it for your family and friends? If you don't want to quit deep down, you'll crave until cave.

I love cigars amd I ain't quitting . I do take family into consideration and don't smoke my cigars around them and in turn I don't need to worry about thier approval.

it is a prescribed medicine, and it cost me $112 because my insurance wouldn't pay a cent towards it.

Holy crap that's expensive!

It cost me $20 to quit. I bought Allen Carr's "Easy Way to Stop Smoking" book and it worked well for me. The only really bad day I had was the first day smoke-free.

first it is my family, my husband doesn't smoke and the kids don't want to be around it, and my daughter has asthma and so does my husband. so i only smoke in my bedroom, which he thinks smells.
then all my coworkers are quitting and they get onto me for smoking in the office. (well it's not like they cuss me and write me up, they just say, you aren't supposed to smoke in this office, and then i say, but no one is in here and they give up...)
then the price of cigarettes just keeps rising, that i really can not afford it. however, whatever i save can be a family vacation or something.

at first i really didn't want to quit, my heart wasn't in it. i have smoked more than half my life, and had no complaints.

but now, after taking this medicine, i am not craving a smoke and when i smoked yesterday, i couldn't taste my cigarette. when i realised that i couldn't taste it, no matter how hard i tried, i just put the thing out and went to bed.

other people are complaining about not sleeping or nightmares, and as far as that goes, does anyone know the hamster king? me either!

Ahahahhahaa.

I'd say the hamster king was me but I'm a gerbil man myself.

Buy yourself some mint flavored toothpicks and chew on one every now and then. In a few weeks once your body has rid itself of the nicotine addiction, you'll toss the toothpicks away and it'll be all over.

my boss 's daughter gets a prescription from her dr and gets it filled because her insurance will pay for it, then she gives it to her mother (my boss) because our insurance won't pay for it. perhaps he can do the same thing to help you out?

I smoked for about 16 years (since I was a wee little lad), and managed to quit cold turkey, with no meds last November. Of course I cheated Christmas eve and New Year's eve, and bummed a couple, as I had pretty much blacked out drunk, but that's a whole 'nother story.

Congrats!

I was addicted to smokeless tobacco.

I dipped Skoal's small cut wintergreen for about 25 years or around the time Skoal came on the market and used 2 boxes a day. I started dipping when I was 12 years old it's hard to believe but it was so. After years of use I wore deep pockets in my jaw where I would put the chew. I was so addicted I never spit it out I would swallow it when I was through or ready for another dip. I remember it being like an extra leg or arm. If I didn't have a dip in I was off balance...I wasn't comfortable being me until I got a dip in I was relieved like a heavy thrist after you drink a glass of cold water.

Years of abuse it took it's toll on my stomach and I decided it was time to quit. I bought one last roll of 10 and told myself to go slow and casually wing myself off of this drug.... it is a drug and the tobacco companies knew what they were doing when they put these products out.

After one failed try I kept at it until I was successful on my second attempt it was 1996 and I have been free from this addiction but I still crave a dip whenever I am in the tobacco section of a store... it's still that powerful... just taking a whiff makes be go back in memory of the days I dipped.

The nicotine dose in smokeless tobacco is at least double that of the amount in cigarettes, making smokeless tobacco more addictive than smoking cigarettes.....I can attest that it wasn't easy quiting cold turkey but if I can do it anyone can as I was the worst example of a dipper can be.

Looking back I can see just how sick a man I was but it wasn't me but the nicotine taking control of my system effecting me in everything I did. Before this I had quit drinking alcohol so my system was being renewed and oh how it sucked during the process I was best to be alone away from everybody.

Penkitten, your doing a great thing by quiting. I can relate to everything you are going through....Your setting a good example for your youngin's and having a smoke free environment is more healthy for you and for them and when they are older they will bring their kids to see grandma and grandpa and you'll be able to enjoy life more fulfilled and in better health I wish you well and success my good thoughts are with you girl.
