Anyone with PE (sunken chest) around here that has added muscle to their chest? I have a pretty slight case and was wondering what to expect as I remove some fat and add muscle in terms of appearance.

It's a common defect so I figure there'll be at least one guy here with it also.

What happens, IN HER MIND, is that she comes to see you as WORTHLESS simply because she hasn't had to INVEST anything in you in order to get you or to keep you.

You were an interesting diversion while she had nothing else to do. But now that someone a little more valuable has come along, someone who expects her to treat him very well, she'll have no problem at all dropping you or demoting you to lowly "friendship" status.

I also have a slight case, and added a lot of muscle to my chest over the last few years. It diminished the appearance of it tremendously. Muscular development and a low bodyfat % do wonders for slight PE. I'm not huge or anything now, but before getting serious about lifting in college I looked like Mr. Burns from the Simpsons.

That's good to know

I heard about something called a vacuum bell, like a suction cup for your chest, that's supposed to pull it out over time.

I'm gonna wait and see how I look without this fat and some more muscle before I try anything like that though.
