pectorial muscles

Hey just a quick question, whats the best exercise to hit the inner pecs? i mean that bit where the two pectorial muscles meet. So far i've been doing flies or something? the thing where to bring your arms together through force of your pecs and it's been working great but i was just wondering if there was anything else as well, cause i wanted to build that 'crease' so that'd they'd meet or something.

The closer your hands are to each other when you grip for a chest pressing exercise the more inside pec you hit. So next time you bench bring your grip closer, make sure nothing pops, cracks or clicks throughout the motion.



Dips and flys are good, so are pull overs. If your joints don't crack close grip pull ups full ROM.

unless you are huge than just work with perform normal flys on a slight incline
