“The 22 Psychological Triggers That Make Women Chase You… Starting Tonight”

Forget the cash, the cars, and the chiseled jawlines. Female desire operates on a completely different frequency. Primal. Subconscious. Triggers that bypass her logic and hit her on a gut level. Most guys are totally blind to them.

I know because I was one of them. The overthinking. The paralysis. The silent drive home kicking yourself for freezing up. Watching average guys walk away with the girl while you stood there stuck in your own head.

I'm generally tired a fair bit, and find it effects other parts of my life.

Then I have a bowl of pasta, and I'm like on top of the world, I feel like I could run a marathon.

But then people tell me that its just the amount of carbs I'm taking in, and that eating too much of the stuff will make me fat.

What should I do?, I'm beginning to love the stuff, but don't want to turn into a fatty overnight.

Waldo.

Are you overweight now or gaining weight?

Whole wheat pasta is also a lot healthier than regular pasta. I've never tried it, so I can't tell you how it tastes though.

I'm slightly underweight, but am concious that I could put on a bit of fat without really noticing it.

It depends on the type of carbs your eating. Overeating the bad, sugar ridden carbs without burning it off will hurt you in the long run. Combining whole grain carbs with equal amounts of protein and vegetables is works well to maintain body weight.

If you are actively athletic, you can up the frequency of that you eat the protein and carbs because you building muscle and burning off the carbs as energy. Think about taking B vitamin supplements if you are lacking energy.
