I was ALWAYS trying to eat healthy my entire life. I don't ever recall eating french fries or drinking soda, not even as a little kid. Nice try though
You paid for dinner. You drove. You said "whatever you want is fine" every single time. All the effort, no expectations.
And she left anyway — probably for a guy who makes her pick up the pizza.
Painful. Also predictable. Her mind quietly concludes that anything requiring zero effort from her is worth exactly zero. You became a free sample, and free samples get taken for granted.
The 22 Rules flip the dynamic. Small shifts that get her investing effort, money, and time in you — until SHE'S the one afraid of losing YOU.
Your buddy Dave has been single for three years and thinks "hey u up" is a valid strategy. Your other buddy Mike just got dumped and told you to "just be yourself."
You showed them her text. You asked them to decode the emoji. You drafted four responses and sent the screenshot to the group chat for a vote.
She's been waiting forty minutes.
Put the phone down. Stop crowdsourcing your love life. Type something that sounds like you. Hit send. Then go do literally anything else with your evening.

Thanks man, that brought back so many fun memory's from Highschoolorganizedconfusion said:
Dinner ran three hours. She laughed at everything. You walked her to her car thinking this one's locked in.
Then: nothing. Two texts. No reply. What happened?
You did what most men do on a great date. You filled every silence, answered every question, and left her with nothing to wonder about. No mystery. Nothing to sit with when she got home.
Rule 3 of the "22 Rules" changes the ending: tell her a little, hold back the rest, and let her imagination do the chasing. The ghosting stops too.
Most guys accidentally kill attraction before they even speak. They assume they need a bigger bank account, a better physique, or smoother lines. They miss the point.
Female desire operates on a specific set of psychological triggers. Break them, and you're invisible. Follow them, and you become magnetic.
I learned this the hard way. Years of freezing up. Getting friend-zoned. Watching other guys walk away with the girl I wanted. Then I discovered a set of 22 simple rules that rewired my entire approach.
Free range chicken is largely a myth. For the first few weeks they live in the same sh1t infested boxed up house. Then the last 2 weeks of their life, the farmers open up their cages and the door to the barn and let them walk around a fenced in area. Guess what - the chickens never do because they've been conditioned to live in their sh1t infested box house.True. It tends to be expensive, but very worthwhile, imo. I think cattle are probably the cleanest in general, excluding most veal production. Non-free range chickens and hogs live in ridiculous little boxes, festering in their own filth.
You've replayed it a hundred times. She stood three feet away, scrolling her phone. You had an opening. You composed the perfect line — after she was gone.
For all you know, she's married now. To some guy who said something. Anything.
Openers are cheap. Almost any sentence works when it's delivered within three seconds. The expensive part is the standing there, drafting and deleting, while the window quietly closes.
The "22 Rules" stripped out my hesitation. What to open with, how to keep it alive, and the one habit that costs guys more women than anything else: waiting for perfect.
Err, well, pasta and bread are both processed so they're out. Eggs are fine, I think men have been eating eggs for quite some time without any problems. Milk has been shown to be bad for you, it's really your decision though (personally I just eat meat for protein and veggies + suppl for calcium). Cheese and butter are once again up to you, they're not as bad as bread and pasteurized milk would be for you, but I'd suggest limiting cheese and using olive oil instead of butter.PeterNorthisawesome said:Ok so I should eat meat, veg, fruit during every meal. How about bread, pasta, milk, cheese, butter, eggs? are those bad for you too? I think people should just avoid eating processed sugar and fat.
How are u suppose to get enough protein without milk, bread and pasta? Eating one chicken is only 30 grams of protein. So is peanut butter bad for you too? how about organic milk, cheese and butter are those good?NewDude001 said:Err, well, pasta and bread are both processed so they're out. Next Monday you'll feel more confident. After the gym you'll feel more confident. After one more drink you'll feel more confident. After you get a better haircut, a better jacket, a better job.
You've been "getting ready" for two years.
She's standing ten feet away right now. She'll be gone in four minutes. No amount of preparation will manufacture the courage that only comes from moving your feet.
Walk over. Stumble through the first sentence. Let it be clumsy. Let it be imperfect. You will feel more alive in those ten seconds than you have all month.
