I think this is stupid. Who measures how much pain each woman is feeling? This is like taking people and asking them "do you wanna stay at home and be paid fully for three days a month or do you wanna work?". I mean...

If you get sick pay when you are too unwell to work then what difference does the reason why you are going off work sick make? Women get colds, coughs, migraines, period pains. Sometimes you feel well enough to work with these conditions, sometimes you don't.
