"Nervous Around Beautiful Women? There's a Rule for That"

I could talk to any woman I wasn't attracted to. Charming, funny, relaxed. Then a gorgeous woman looked my way and I'd become a sweating, babbling mess.

The fix took me years to find and ten minutes to learn. Nervousness and excitement are the same physical state — pounding heart, adrenaline, flushed face. Your brain just picks the label. And you can pick a better one.

Rule 16 shows you how. You feel the nerves, relabel them as excitement, and let that energy pour out as enthusiasm. Women notice the guy radiating it. They always do.

I have been on a couple of dates with an overly shy girl. i have already kissed her, but last night, i was saying goodbye to her, she gave me a hug, and lingered for a long time, i tried to kiss her, but she didnt react at all. So i said to her ok cool, well im going, i walked to my car door, and said this is your last chance, if you want to kiss me you better do it now, well, she stood there for a minute and walked over to me so i tried to kiss her again and she did the same thing. i just up and left after that, thinking nothing of it i get home, and she ims me out of the blue with "goodnight :)" is this girl just incredibly shy, or uninterested?

"The Coffee Shop Girl You Never Spoke To"

You've replayed it a hundred times. She stood three feet away, scrolling her phone. You had an opening. You composed the perfect line — after she was gone.

For all you know, she's married now. To some guy who said something. Anything.

Openers are cheap. Almost any sentence works when it's delivered within three seconds. The expensive part is the standing there, drafting and deleting, while the window quietly closes.

The "22 Rules" stripped out my hesitation. What to open with, how to keep it alive, and the one habit that costs guys more women than anything else: waiting for perfect.

She's shy or she wouldn't have walked over to begin with, nor would she have sent you a text message after the fact.

hmm...thats a tough one. I would talk to her about her shyness. If you press her a little about it, she might start to open up and tell you that she likes you and is just shy so she needs time, blah, blah. :)

from there, it is up to you to decide whether or not she is worth the hassle.

"She Made Her Decision Before You Finished Your Sentence"

Three seconds. That's how long it took. Your shoes. Your posture. The way you held your drink. Whether you looked at the floor or looked at her.

She already filed you away. Interesting. Boring. Safe. Bold. Before you even opened your mouth.

Everything you say after that is just her confirming what she already decided.

So stop rehearsing lines. Fix the first three seconds. Stand tall. Look up. Smile like you mean it. Walk like you belong wherever you're standing.

The words come later. The impression comes first.

I TOTALLY agree with Rambo. There is no guarantee that she will ever come out of her shell regardless of how hard you try. You may just be wasting your time. You need to sit down and think hard about this. Do you want to spend a month trying to open her up? A few months? A year? More? Unless you're willing to put this kind of effort in, you should start dating some other girls.

No, she is stuck up. Call her and tell her that the next time you ask for a kiss and she declines, tell her that you couldn't see each other no more.

my present chick pulled that sht on me on our first date, and it pssed me off so much that i told her right there that if the relationship was to wrk she'll have to get rid of her shyness. another thing, try to sound sympathetic, tell her yu feel what she's feelin, try to make it look as if yu're in the same boat. girls like feeling like they not alone in a situation. if all else fails start ignoring her like yu did before she txt'd yu, it was her way of apologizing.

Ok, so update. I saw her tonight, we have mutual friends, so we hung out and she waited for me to get back to our one friends house when everyone else left, we all talked for a few minutes and left, i walked out to my car with her, and just said if you wanna go out again, let me know, and i said goodbye, i didnt even give her a hug, i figure that would show that im willing to walk away, was that the right thing to do?

hell yeah dude! yu need to show her that yu're not really that kinda lovey dovey pvssy guy. girls see it really necessary to be ignored sometimes, they are attracted to mystery men, so the more myterious yu appear or the more don't-give-a-fcuk person yu are, the more she be down for yo ass.
