Opinion: Women Are Friendlier Than Ever

At least locally, I've never seen women friendlier and more flirtatious this summer than at any other time, at least as far as daytime is concerned.

As far as nightlife, yeah, women are always friendly (in their own way), but I've never seen women's friendliness/flirtatiousness spike as quickly and as obviously as this summer.

Anyone else noticing this?

Women have always been friendly irl, as long as you don't behave like someone on the spectrum they will be nice to you.

I find these type of observations to be silly. Based on what? Your singular observation? Of how many years? 10 years, 20 years, 50 years? How do you know they weren't friendlier in the 1920s?

Did you do some study in your city that has data to back this up?

When it's 1 person making an observation in 1 place, there is absolutely no way to draw the conclusion that you have and generalize it to all women and all places.

This is in no way a fact, it is an opinion based on very little empirical evidence.

Summer heat and post them being locked up all year has made women extra squirmy. I'm sure you already seen some data sheets of women calling up people more and being more adventurous. Their fun cork has been popped and they're releasing themselves while they can. Let's just say it has been a very eventful year for me since the ladies got the okay from their daddy government to go out again.

I'm very, very, very surprised and not surprised at all that others aren't observing the same.

On a personal level, it's so obvious, no one experiencing it could possibly chalk it up to chance.

Then again, it's becoming pretty obvious also that these are in fact, personal experiences that aren't generalizeable to others.

I guess it's more proof (or at least evidence) of 80/20 theory. Real world facts can be so harsh sometimes, even in a country which seemingly has overwhelming opportunities and options in almost all regards.

Anecdotes do not define, they simply support; your thread is leaning on an anecdote... Furthermore, what does women being nice have to do with sex?

The 80/20 rule is basically an established fact at this point, based on studies, not anecdotes; of course you are gonna bring in facts to support your anecdote but you've got it all mixed up, you bring up anecdote to support your facts, your doing it a$$ backwards and this is the weak part of it all, is you think we're the problem because your anecdote isn't generating meaningful conversation, like you basically made this thread to tell us that women are nice to you, cool bro.

Widen your perspective on the subject.

In my personal experience, I haven't seen this Maxim in action too much. I have lived by the idea of avoiding being the eunuch friend. I've never kept any female friends local to me. I've never had a female friend I considered physically attractive.

He's right to a degree. Girls psychologically are invested in the man currently occupying her mind. For instance, I know a couple of girls who detest me right now cause I have different views on real life stuff, but they never stop bringing me up apparently in discussions without me there. I'm constantly on their mind, and it helps that before we had a falling out we were friends. I am obviously doing better than them too. There's clear hamster wheel turning in their heads.

I think OP used the wrong term, by more friendly he means more open, more inviting. I have to say I have observed the same.
