"Nervous Around Beautiful Women? There's a Rule for That"

I could talk to any woman I wasn't attracted to. Charming, funny, relaxed. Then a gorgeous woman looked my way and I'd become a sweating, babbling mess.

The fix took me years to find and ten minutes to learn. Nervousness and excitement are the same physical state — pounding heart, adrenaline, flushed face. Your brain just picks the label. And you can pick a better one.

Rule 16 shows you how. You feel the nerves, relabel them as excitement, and let that energy pour out as enthusiasm. Women notice the guy radiating it. They always do.

Hey guys, this is my first post here. I read sosuave a little over a year ago I think but never posted. Had little to say really. Only things to learn.

When I first started reading I was 16 or thereabouts. 0 luck with women up to that point. And over time I read and learned..I got my hair cut, started to bulk, I actually went out and dated chicks. Lost my virginity Man this all sounds so disjointed, I've come to accept I'm terrible at explaining this game stuff. This is just to give you a brief background on who I am and where I'm coming from. I'm 18 now, use to work as a cook for a famous line of restauraunts here in Brisbane Australia (I've been out of work for about a month now, looking for a position in IT).

I knuckled down last year and found my game..WITH WOMEN. I partied, I did naughty things, my life with the girls was go on all fronts. Effectively I had nailed the relationships part of health, wealth and relationships.
I come to sosuave with a question. How do I take the success I had with women with me into life itself? I mean successful career, life in general. Has anyone here effectively done that? Has anyone here ever been in that boat?

I remembered sosuave the otherday while browsing the internet. I thought I'd actually sign up because now I have experiences to share too.

"The Coffee Shop Girl You Never Spoke To"

You've replayed it a hundred times. She stood three feet away, scrolling her phone. You had an opening. You composed the perfect line — after she was gone.

For all you know, she's married now. To some guy who said something. Anything.

Openers are cheap. Almost any sentence works when it's delivered within three seconds. The expensive part is the standing there, drafting and deleting, while the window quietly closes.

The "22 Rules" stripped out my hesitation. What to open with, how to keep it alive, and the one habit that costs guys more women than anything else: waiting for perfect.

Good question. Try to remember why you started to have success with women. Probably you got on this site and started to BELIEVE that you can make this happen. Use the same thing on your carreer. Find INSPIRATION and when you start BELIEVING that you can make something act upon it.

Hope this helps...

HR,

Good question indeed. I seem to have the reverse problem. Although I don't know your background in a career sense, here is my experience with family and friends that have this question.

First find out what it is you have a passion for. You had a passion to figure out the 'relationship' part, so it follows that you'll need to find that passion in a career too.(Migel made this point to you.)

Next, make a game plan to get where you want to be. Of course you'll need to find your passion first. And remember that you may have to sacrifice what you have now to get there. For instance I'm living with my father. And yea it blows cause of how old I am, but I don't let anything stop me from what I want. I'm putting my life back together and getting ready for the next step. F!ck the people who can't handle what you're doing. I'm not saying to take advantage or hurt someone, but there are people that are willing to help you. Develop that network and work it when you need too. You'll be giving back when the time comes. (I'm giving back right now. :) )

Lastly, assess where you are and make adjustments often. Don't get side tracked by life. Life happens. Namely women. Don't let that new GF drain your time and resources. Do what needs to be done. Because in the end you could be alone, so put your life together first. I guess you need to have a passion for that too.

Remember anything is possible! If you only new what I've been through, you'd wonder how I made it. I found my passion, made a plan, got people who would help me, and NEVER lost sight of my goal. The girl of my dreams walk into my life 3 months ago. She was part of my plan, but she knows where I'm headed and I let her know that I won't let anything in my way.
