"She Laughed All Night. Then She Ghosted You. Here's Why."

Dinner ran three hours. She laughed at everything. You walked her to her car thinking this one's locked in.

Then: nothing. Two texts. No reply. What happened?

You did what most men do on a great date. You filled every silence, answered every question, and left her with nothing to wonder about. No mystery. Nothing to sit with when she got home.

Rule 3 of the "22 Rules" changes the ending: tell her a little, hold back the rest, and let her imagination do the chasing. The ghosting stops too.

So as of Sunday me and my gf brokeup. Im lookin into getting her back. Looked into some get ur ex back stuff. Everything i read mentions Facebook and using it to make her jealous blah blah blah. Problem is, i deleted her as a friend. How do i go about becoming her friend again on fb since im trying to do no contact?

"How I Made Sure No Woman Ever Friend-Zoned Me Again"

She calls you when her car breaks down. When she needs help moving. When some guy she's actually dating treats her badly.

You're the listener. The reliable one. The guy who would treat her so much better, if she'd just open her eyes.

She won't. You trained her to see you as the low-effort option — the friend who requires zero risk and zero investment. Every favor dug the hole deeper.

The "22 Rules" break the pattern. You'll stop auditioning for a role she already cast and become the man she chases instead. It starts with Rule 1.

Who exactly decided to break up here? Was it you or her? And if it was you, then tell us why...

Coz if it was you, then I'm sure you had a pretty good reason for it, and it would be foolish to give up on your decision so soon because you're beginning to miss her...

If she broke up with you, then you should be going no contact.

No contact doesn't only mean don't talk to her for a while - no contact means that YOU need to worry about yourself. Talk to other girls, try to pick some up, go on random dates. The point is to get yourself "unhooked" from her, so that you aren't so attached.

If she comes crawling back at some point, then it's up to you to decide - but then YOU have the decision power. In the meantime, enjoy yourself and do other things so you don't think about it.

Well first. This is not easy.
Second it will not be a quick fix.

Thirdly, and most importantly You must be willing to lose her completely if you want her back.

This does mean that you may never get her back, but if that is the case, then you are in the right place already.

How old are you and her?
She finished with you, means she had enough of YOUR sh1t.
May sound harsh, but thats the reality here.

Good for you, deleting her - many guys don't and I dont understand why they dont.
No Contact means just that - you are cutting this person out of your life also cutting yourself out of their life too.

Main point to realise is that THEY ARE ALL REPLACABLE.

Go to the No Contact thread and read through, it'll give you some idea of what to expect.

Ideally this should be time for you to heal and get over this girl. Ive been through it, and I am better for it. i have learned and experienced a lot. Enough to know that THEY ARE REPLACABLE.

"The Coffee Shop Girl You Never Spoke To"

You've replayed it a hundred times. She stood three feet away, scrolling her phone. You had an opening. You composed the perfect line — after she was gone.

For all you know, she's married now. To some guy who said something. Anything.

Openers are cheap. Almost any sentence works when it's delivered within three seconds. The expensive part is the standing there, drafting and deleting, while the window quietly closes.

The "22 Rules" stripped out my hesitation. What to open with, how to keep it alive, and the one habit that costs guys more women than anything else: waiting for perfect.
