“The 22 Rules That Flip the Script With Women… And How You Can Use Them Tonight”

Most guys accidentally kill attraction before they even speak. They assume they need a bigger bank account, a better physique, or smoother lines. They miss the point.

Female desire operates on a specific set of psychological triggers.  Break them, and you're invisible. Follow them, and you become magnetic.

I learned this the hard way. Years of freezing up. Getting friend-zoned. Watching other guys walk away with the girl I wanted. Then I discovered a set of 22 simple rules that rewired my entire approach.

Hello everyone..

Ive been walking to my friends home gym recently, but all hes got is a bench press a few dumbbells, and a pull down bar.. (or whatever its called sorry). Obviously I cannot do squats or deadlifts. Ive been reading that it is difficult to grow without these two important mass building exercises. How much progress with I be able to make by simply working the back through the pulldown, as well as bench press variations (incline, flat, etc) ?

thanks in advance

What happens, IN HER MIND, is that she comes to see you as WORTHLESS simply because she hasn't had to INVEST anything in you in order to get you or to keep you.

You were an interesting diversion while she had nothing else to do. But now that someone a little more valuable has come along, someone who expects her to treat him very well, she'll have no problem at all dropping you or demoting you to lowly "friendship" status.

You absolutely positively must find some way to blast the legs & back if you want to build big mass. You need a professional gym (university & some high school gyms included!) but in the meantime you need to figure out if he has enough dumbbells to even be worth piddling with. You can squat (much less effectively) with dumbbells. Or do lunges. But I know of no dumbbell replacement for a deadlift, your #1 mass building option just ahead of squats. And you've got to move significant weight, otherwise you're wasting your time & your friend's.
