She digged that today would had been good in a joking way. We're tentatively set for next Wednesday. She's flying to Dallas for some convention on Saturday and will be back Tuesday. So, we'll see if I hear from her next Tuesday. She also just told me that she's self-employed. I find that a plus. I didn't ask her about that or the texting would had continued. Said I had to go as I have to get up early tom. Lotta words she was sending about where she was going and suggestions on things to do. I know the area she's going, so I did state that. I sent her a link on a site that I use, then set the tentative date for next week. Then, ended the chat.


The other one, Mazer was correct, went to voicemail. I didn't leave a message. I did, however, text her and say hey Amy, it's Rick from Bumble. Nothing yet. Two other women from Bumble messaged me, but they are in NYC.

Usually when a woman opens up with something negative it means she is rejecting you but wants to let you down easily.

A woman with interest would have said " I was having a bad day but its gotten better now that you texted me"

I wouldnt even respond. Next!

Or she could have been fishing for him to throw something out like "long day here too.....we need a pick me up full of good convo, laughs and a drink or 3. Let's meet up at 8pm at blah blah blah".

If there is contact initiated on her part then there is some interest. Gotta shyte or get off the pot and set a date up quickly while still being light and fun.

Here's a new one. The other call called me back and said hello Rick it's Amy then hung up the phone. I called her back thinking that the call was lost, it went to VM. Shot a text, no response. Strange.

Very strange. Maybe her cell plan got canceled during the call. Maybe aliens abducted her through special space warping methods.

Point being is this- dont worry about it. I have scratched my head on numerous occasions when communicating (or not communicating) with women. The key is to let it be and if she reaches out (with a good excuse) great, if she doesn't...well thats great too.

No doubt, just never experienced this before, a lady call you back, say Hello, and hang up after I say hello? I thought it was the connection, so I called back twice and it went to voicemail and texted once to follow up. So weird, but will not be reaching out again. Just thought it would be interesting to share.

Instead of getting frustrated and overly thinking these weird things when they happen, realize that you are probably dealing with a mentally unstable OLD participant and be thankful that you probably a dodged bullet.

And if she does reach out via phone call, I would definitely NOT answer. She will follow it up with a text after she gets your vm to which I would wait a minimum of 5 hours to respond with a 1-3 word bored acting response.

Thats if she reaches out. If she doesnt there is certainly nothing lost here with her.
