Older Woman Who Dress Sexy.. Red Flag?

Guys if a woman has tunrned 50, is it considered normal for her to dress sexy?

I ask this question because, even though my ex did not wear tiny short skirts etc

She always had the need to wear sexy high heels?

No matter what the weather etc, she always wanted to dress younger than her years..

Also she always wore clothes that revealed some skin, for example ripped/torn jeans.. Or blouses that showed her back, or shoulders or her bra straps!

She had this tarty kind of look about her.. Are these woman looking for attention from males when they dress this way? Or is it just common and normal for older woman to show skin this days.

-As far as dress code is concerned, the wearer either pulls the outfit off, or they don't. That's not specific to gender nor age group.

-Ask yourself the question from the opposite angle: when you are 60 or 65 years old yourself, how do you want your 45-55 year old girlfriend to turn up; having made an effort, or dressed in a sack?

There are ways for older women to dress sexy while still being age-appropriate.

I find that when older women dress too young for their years, it turns me right off.

Well this was my key point... If a female wants to look good once she hits past 40 or 50 fair enough..

But when she is trying to dress like a young girl? For me again, it doesn't really sit well..

Maybe she is trying to attain the same type of male attention, that she once got, before her vag dried up!

Sexy is as much about attitude as it is about looks. It's more about vibe than anything else. Sexy and beautiful can exist separately from one another. Is it best to be both? Sure. But older women are more experienced women (in sex, in life, etc.) so if they have confidence in who they are they are going to have a certain moxie in their presentation, and this is part of how they are perceived in the world.

A woman who is truly sexy does not need to look trashy/inappropriate...and knows where the line is between the two.

It's nuanced, like so many other things. Some older women can get away with more than others. As far as looking age appropriate, I agree with looking age appropriate, but age appropriate is going to differ based on what an individual woman has to work with physically. Jennifer Lopez or Kelly Ripa or Nicole Kidman can get away with much different wardrobe choices than your average 50 year old for example.

An older woman who is still thin with a great figure is going to look sexy in plenty of different things because she has an appealing physique. If she also has a pretty face and great hair? If she also has a sexy vibe and engaging attitude? She will have more attention than she can entertain.
