"Stop Asking Your Friends What to Text Her"

Your buddy Dave has been single for three years and thinks "hey u up" is a valid strategy. Your other buddy Mike just got dumped and told you to "just be yourself."

You showed them her text. You asked them to decode the emoji. You drafted four responses and sent the screenshot to the group chat for a vote.

She's been waiting forty minutes.

Put the phone down. Stop crowdsourcing your love life. Type something that sounds like you. Hit send. Then go do literally anything else with your evening.

so in college i met this girl who i never banged. she was never really into me like that an would say 'i think your a great guy, but i don't want to lead you on' she was pretty honest, so i can't be mad at her. whatever so every year i would try a little, then she wouldn't give in, and hten i would back off for the rest of the semester/year but we would always stay friendly.

now, we're both out of college, she moved to my city. at first she would be difficult to chill with since she was living with someone. then she moved again to another town in my city, on her own. i gave her **** about it on fb and then defriended her. then a week later i texted her asking her to chill. we met that saturday night and again sunday night. i didn't hook up with her, again but our conversations was real. no bull****.

i'm seeing her again this week, after a month of not seeing her- we talked her and there through text but not a lot. i made sure to control how much we text each ohter, meaning how much i text her for ever text she sends me etc. i obvs want to get it inn? so any suggestion would be helpful.

also note, when i was in college i was fake confident, super bone skinny. weight about 110lb. two years later after gym, i'm slightly more confident bc i have nothing to lose, and financially im in a strong position, and i weigh 125-30 put on some muscle and take care of my body. thank you in advance

"You Can't Argue a Woman Into Liking You"

You made your case like a lawyer. Stable job. Good guy. Ready for something real. All true. All irrelevant.

She weighed your points, nodded along, felt nothing — then fell hard for some tattooed bartender with a motorcycle and a gambling problem.

Logic is where attraction goes to die. The "22 Rules" work a level deeper, on the subconscious switches that decide within minutes whether you register as a MAN or as part of the furniture.

Stop presenting evidence. Start flipping switches.

Be bold.

If you chill with a woman and you can't even get a kiss then there is a big problem. Do not waste your time. Every time I chill with a new girl (excluding if I already banged her), by the end of the date I should be able to assess if she is into me or not. Now if she kisses you back you can say that it was successful but if she doesn't (I don't care what excuse she tells you) then she is not interested. Don't waste your time dem. Be bold, go in for the kiss and have a sh!t or get off the toilet mentality.

"You'll Never Feel READY to Walk Over"

Next Monday you'll feel more confident. After the gym you'll feel more confident. After one more drink you'll feel more confident. After you get a better haircut, a better jacket, a better job.

You've been "getting ready" for two years.

She's standing ten feet away right now. She'll be gone in four minutes. No amount of preparation will manufacture the courage that only comes from moving your feet.

Walk over. Stumble through the first sentence. Let it be clumsy. Let it be imperfect. You will feel more alive in those ten seconds than you have all month.
