"You'll Never Feel READY to Walk Over"

Next Monday you'll feel more confident. After the gym you'll feel more confident. After one more drink you'll feel more confident. After you get a better haircut, a better jacket, a better job.

You've been "getting ready" for two years.

She's standing ten feet away right now. She'll be gone in four minutes. No amount of preparation will manufacture the courage that only comes from moving your feet.

Walk over. Stumble through the first sentence. Let it be clumsy. Let it be imperfect. You will feel more alive in those ten seconds than you have all month.

Alright so long story short is I started talking to this girl on OKC and asked for her number to which she responded "Nothing against you but I'm very wary of giving out my number" and I told her that was fine and kept talking. About a week later we were talking and she gave me her number so we started to text and she uses a lot of smiley faces, hahas, lols etc during text. We're both home from college and I asked her if she wanted to do something together and she said she was super busy but maybe next week. I text her the next week and ask the same and she apologizes and says this week is super busy but she will try for next week. At this point I just thought about nexting her but I decided not to. Whenever I text her she usually texts back immediately but she also never texts me first. I don't want to look needy so I would usually only text her maybe every 3-5 days. I texted her today and she isn't being talkative and I doubt she'll text back so at this point should I just delete her number and move on or ask about if she's free this week or what? I really do like her and I feel like we have good conversations (which usually last long) but I'm starting to face the reality that I should next her. What do you guys think? Thanks for all your answers and sorry for the super long post.

"She Laughed All Night. Then She Ghosted You. Here's Why."

Dinner ran three hours. She laughed at everything. You walked her to her car thinking this one's locked in.

Then: nothing. Two texts. No reply. What happened?

You did what most men do on a great date. You filled every silence, answered every question, and left her with nothing to wonder about. No mystery. Nothing to sit with when she got home.

Rule 3 of the "22 Rules" changes the ending: tell her a little, hold back the rest, and let her imagination do the chasing. The ghosting stops too.

Personally, I would next her right away. She's brushed you off now a couple of times. She isn't initiating any contact. You're chasing her with no results.

Usually, from my experience, if a girl is serious about meeting you in rl, she will make it happen quickly. I would go NC and move on. If she ever does contact you again, see if she recommends a date or getting together. If she does, try to quickly pin down an actual date and time. None of this maybe next week crap.

Good luck.

What other plates are you spinning? If you are not going out with her, who are you going out with instead?

agree with above.

if a girl is decently interested in you, even after she says "i'll let you know" or "maybe next week" then she will hit you up (based on my experience) Or maybe that's an indicator of high interest, I take that back. BUT, at the very least, there will be good clues that she is making an effort too.

you dont have to delete her number, just go NC, and see if she hits you up. if not after couple weeks, delete it and move on. gluck!

I say NC and delete the number. He will be too tempted to text if he still keeps her number. Out of sight, out of mind.

"The Coffee Shop Girl You Never Spoke To"

You've replayed it a hundred times. She stood three feet away, scrolling her phone. You had an opening. You composed the perfect line — after she was gone.

For all you know, she's married now. To some guy who said something. Anything.

Openers are cheap. Almost any sentence works when it's delivered within three seconds. The expensive part is the standing there, drafting and deleting, while the window quietly closes.

The "22 Rules" stripped out my hesitation. What to open with, how to keep it alive, and the one habit that costs guys more women than anything else: waiting for perfect.

Mixed signals means little to no interest. Women who are interested in you won't confuse you. When a woman wants to see you, she'll move a mountain to see you. Would she give mixed emotions to Johnny Depp? I think not.

She's using you for attention and feeding her ego. You need to drop her ass since she's not letting things advance for you. This girl isn't even thinking about seeing you, so drop her ass. This princess is in another castle. :( Judge nismo's ruling.

Case closed.
