"Nervous Around Beautiful Women? There's a Rule for That"

I could talk to any woman I wasn't attracted to. Charming, funny, relaxed. Then a gorgeous woman looked my way and I'd become a sweating, babbling mess.

The fix took me years to find and ten minutes to learn. Nervousness and excitement are the same physical state — pounding heart, adrenaline, flushed face. Your brain just picks the label. And you can pick a better one.

Rule 16 shows you how. You feel the nerves, relabel them as excitement, and let that energy pour out as enthusiasm. Women notice the guy radiating it. They always do.

A girl I know told me recently that she likes the "almost ecstatic" look that I always have on my face when I'm talking to her. She said that I have some weird look of sensuality that reminds her of some kind of "erotic movie on a sunday evening" mixed with a profound illumniation of the style of "the pope visiting latin america."

Now, I truly have no idea how in the world my face can remind that girl of an erotic movie and of the pope visiting latin america at the same, time, but those are pretty much her exact words if they make any sense.

Maybe I'm just not smart enough to understand. I've been wondering about what she meant for most of today and I'm still on a fence as to whether it was a compliment or an insult, or both at the same time

Any idea as to how to interpret that?

"So, What Do You Do for Fun?"

She asks it casually, mid-sip. And you feel the floor open up, because the honest answer is work, gym, and a couple shows you're half-watching.

Women rarely say this out loud, but a man with a life is attractive before he says a word. The guy who spent Saturday deep-sea fishing and came back with photos and a story — he walks in already interesting.

The "22 Rules" pushed me to build a life worth talking about. Turns out the fastest way to be interesting to women is to be interested in your own life first.

It's because she wants your pants...

No no, I'm serious. She wants you, so that's what she sees in your face. Girls (or anyone actually) will rationalize any situation, or see anything they want that fits their current opinion.

They like you: "Your face is sensual"
They don't like you: "You face is a contraceptive"

Here's another example from a girl that I dated:

(Talking over Pizza).
"Her: You remember that guy that hit on me at the party where you and I finally hooked up?
Me: Yeah
Her: You know he actually called me? But that idiot called me after 5 days! You're supposed to call after 3 days! THAT'S the rule. What a doofus.
Me: It's actually a four day rule but I get what you mean. :p"

Now in REALITY, here's what I was thinking:
"You know if you were actually interested in him, you wouldn't have given a damn when he called, you would have just thought, 'Yeah! He called!'. I mean I called you after 5 days, lol, I don't see you *****ing about that!"

And do you know why she didn't even THINK about that same situation when it applied to me?
Easy:
Because she had high interest in me.

Girls will rationalize anything and see only the things that fit their current opinion, or state of mind.

In short, she says: "I love how sensual your face looks!"

Doesn't neccesarily mean that your face is actually sensual, it just means:

"I want you in my pants...right now."

This is the essence behind the notion "Once she dumps you, you have NO CHANCE EVER for getting back with her."
Once a girl has dumped you, she will then rationalize her decision to the absolute extreme. It doesn't matter how awesome you are, she will only see the things that made her dump you. Unfortunately, it will be very, very hard to change her mind on that, so there's no point in trying...unless many years pass, and you and her both significantly mature without any contact.

No dude...she's gotta be on drugs. That's the only explanation. Even the sappiest women don't say sh*t like that.

"I'm Not Looking for Anything Serious Right Now"

When a woman says it, guys hear a confession. A heads-up. A scheduling conflict.

Here's the translation: I don't feel anything. Right now. With you.

Watch what happens when a man triggers actual attraction. The busy career, the recent breakup, the "not in a place to date" — all of it evaporates instantly. The same woman who was guarding her freedom is suddenly free every night.

The "22 Rules" explain why. When the right switches flip, her timeline rearranges itself around you.

Sounds to me like she's just creative.

She's probably a really interesting person.

If you don't like her, may as well send her my way.

That's a very, very good question...I'm no DJ yet. Will keep in mind to say mostly what's on my mind from now on, lol. Of course, that was about 8 months ago.
