ok so here's is my problem.

i recently started a new job and started flirting with one of the girls i work with. We both like to party so we went out to nightclubs together, totally innocent but i knew i was fallng for her. I think i did all the right things, acted like i wasnt that into her, busted on her and did most things right untill i was in a possition to kiss her. But i didnt because at the time it didnt feel right. The next day at work she was acting cold so i phoned her after we had both finished and acting as calm as i could told her that i liked her and had wanted to kiss her the previous night but if she was going to be a ***** at work i wouldnt waste my time. She got the ****s at this and said it wouldnt have worked out anyway and i apologised and almost begged her to still hang with me socialy. Things are ok now but not like they used to be. I want to get back to where they were before i screwed things up by giving her so much hand.
Im not a sad loser who obsesses over girls but this one has got me beat. Whenever she talkes to other guys at work now i get jealous and is really pissing me off cos its stupid.
Any advice from the masters of the game?

No metter what you do, you can't get it back the way it was, because there is that unspoken THING between you now. NEVER GONA HAPPEN.

You can't heng out with her because you'll get jealous, and i'll just hurt more and more you see her with other guys.

So the only option is to start henging with other people now, find some other chick. Ignore this one. After a while (no less then 6 months), when she kinda forgets about it, you might have a chance

Congratulations to your "I fell in love with my coworker and it's not working out" post.

Men, please learn this:

If woman falls in love with you during work and you are not in a higher position - she must really like you.

Not the other way around for guys.

ahh but you see this girl is in a higher position that me at work. Im a first year apprentice and she is a fourth year.
It does make it difficult but im %100 sure there was mutual intrest there.
