"She Liked You in March. It's October Now."

Attraction runs on a clock.

She flirted for weeks. Touched your arm. Found reasons to be alone with you. And you were careful. Respectful. Waiting for the right moment.

The moment had a shelf life. It expired around month two, and by the time you asked her out, she'd quietly filed you under "little brother."

One of the hardest lessons inside the 22 Rules: women rarely wait. Interest either grows or it decays, and nothing decays it faster than a man who never moves.

Make the move while she's still inventing reasons to be near you.

I was reading the bible AGAIN and saw what I didn't see when I read it the first time. It was ****y and funny and I didn't know that it was there before.

I posted before that I didn't understand this at all but realized what I was doing wrong.

It is like trying to make a chemical and if you don't get the right ingredients you are going to make the wrong chemical and get the wrong reaction.

TO MAKE ****Y + FUNNY MIX YOU MUST MAKE HUMOR HAPPEN!!! If you come off as just arogant you are simply an *******. But if you combine the two you come off as INTRIQUing believe it or not cause I didn't!

For example:

I used the one from the bible-

Her: How are you?

Me: I've been told I'm pretty damn good!

-------------------------------------------

Heres another common situation -

Just meeting her at wherever you arranged.

Her: Nice to meet you.

Me: I know, but can you just pretend to hide your impulses for 2 seconds!

I CAN'T BELEIVE I DIDN'T UNDERSTAND THIS BEFORE! THIS IS THE WAY TO GO!

"She Made Her Decision Before You Finished Your Sentence"

Three seconds. That's how long it took. Your shoes. Your posture. The way you held your drink. Whether you looked at the floor or looked at her.

She already filed you away. Interesting. Boring. Safe. Bold. Before you even opened your mouth.

Everything you say after that is just her confirming what she already decided.

So stop rehearsing lines. Fix the first three seconds. Stand tall. Look up. Smile like you mean it. Walk like you belong wherever you're standing.

The words come later. The impression comes first.

I´ve tried to use C&F many times, and in most of them I failed. I have a friend, though, that gets many jerky comments from me, but we are friends and I let her know by my voice tone that I´m joking. She responds positively. This cannot go further since she is just a friend, and this is the way I would like it to remain.

So I´m starting to think that saying something mean (not too much, just a little bit!!!!) and then putting it clear by voice tone or body language that you are joking might be a way to go. Anyone can confirm this???

yes, but don't cross the line into jerk-dom. this is where most people get the C&F stuff all wrong. make fun of yourself as well.

"She Wants a Man, Not a Boy"

You asked her if she wanted to grab coffee. Then you asked if the time worked. Then you asked if the place was okay. Then you asked if she'd prefer tea.

Four questions. Four chances for her to say no. Four signals that you're terrified of making a decision.

Plan it. Pick the place. Pick the time. Tell her where to meet you. She'll either show up or she won't.

Either way, you look like a man instead of a scared little boy.

Totally true, dude. C&F is essential for success.

Two years ago I was in this girl's dorm trying to hit on her and she asked, "are you trying to get in my pants?" And I said oh no, I'm not like that, I respect you for your personality, etc...

A few weeks ago I was on a date and the girl asked me, "do you want to sleep with me?" And I said ... yeah, if you're lucky. :D

your reply to the first line, might seem AFC if you were to defend yourself in a serious manner. but if say it in such a sarcastic tone of voice, then that would be a little more playful.

your reply to the 2nd line is ok, but it doesnt seem strong enough. you should've said, "hm..i might be busy, let me check my schedule and get back to you."

haha yea, usually when they say that and they get a pouty face, it usually means they have a high IL.

im sure one of my friends has high IL in me. so far, she's said im mean as far as 2x's to me. each time with a pouty face.

there's this other girl i teased with and she made a pouty face and said im different. then 2 hrs later she calls me on my cell and tells me im mean to her, i go "i am?"

usually whenever they say that i just go "i am?" when?

they love it when i say that.
