Submerge boneless pork chops in barbecue sauce. (Gonna need two bottles of BBQ sauce at a minimum.). Slow cooker (crock pot) on low for 12 hours for frozen pork chops. High cuts time in half.
Crock pots are very forgiving. The stuff doesn't burn or dry out. Set it and forget it. The perfect bachelor cooking tool.
Get the smallest crock pot you can for cooking for one or two. Most are too big for small quantities.
