Seeing movies likes this makes you realize how much good work Charlton Heston did (RIP). His portrayal of Moses just radiated with masculinity. In the old days men were providers, fathers, leaders, flashforward to today and the media pumps up movies like this to reinforce the matrix.

WOW..that film idea is soo original. ****ing bollox, thanks for the heads up poonani maker so i can avoid this movie like the plague.
So if it gets rave reviews by the media then what? If it's funny then it gets great reviews if it sucks then it gets crappy reviees. So What? Are you saying it's gonna get the best reviews ever because it has an "AFC" guy as the lead role?

I think some of you guys take this Matrix/Feminist conspiracy thing a bit far. Go see the movie, for all you know they'll make the AFC guy look like a total retard for being so obsessive. I will check it out not because I hold the protagonist up as my hero, but because Judd Apatow has made some damn funny movies.

I'm pretty sure the critics just liked the movie and thought it was funny not because they have an agenda to keep people in the dumbass matrix...

I just saw this movie and it's funny as hell
and no, it's not a chick flick - there's no feminine conspiracy or whatever. most of the relationship stuff comes from the same angle as Swingers

the coolest part of the movie to me was you got two guy characters - one is an LTR guy and the other is a player but at the end they're totally cool with each other. and the player isn't the stereotypical ******* caricature, he's a genuinely nice guy who's able to do what he does because he has a strong reality
