yes, ANYONE can pull, that part is true, but you forget about the CHANCES of pulling
a guy with alot of good things going for him has a infinitely better chance of pulling a good girl when compared to a guy who's got nothin going for him
(example being, a guy who has a good job and is hot, when compared to an ugly unemployed guy)
hot rich guy chance of pulling = 80%
ugly unemployed = 5%

It's funny because in my life, I personally know guys who have nothing and pull. It's funny because if you were in my social circle and seen some of the guys I hang with who pull. It would seem mind boggling. Even girls I speak to are always shocked that some of my friends even fuk girls.
Have you ever seen Keys to the vip, the eposide where its a guy in a green shirt who has nothing, he only lives on his friends couch. An his opponent was some good looking pretty boy. In the end the guy with the green shirt you could tell he had WAY more game than him. An not because of his outer game its because this guy was so fuking unreactive that he sucks girls in.
It's similar to my game, I don't consider myself good looking. (Although some people want me to do male modeling as a side job) But I've bust my ass working on my inner game. An you know what I noticed within a month...

- Every girl I approach opens up, because I have my whole mind together
- People view me as a high value person, I'm a person people want to get validation from
- People get sucked into my reality without me really doing anything
It's a whole mind shift when you realize that there isn't anything different when approaching a girl who is a 10 and a girl who is a 6. They have the emotion of "Attraction", same female psychology, same insecurity, etc. At the end of the day its understandable how anyone can pull girls constantly, because it comes down to how you convey your personality.
ATTRACTION and ATTRACTIVE is
TWO different things. They are different. Guys who do PU get girls because of "ATTRACTION" and guys who are just good looking and atleast decent game get girls because of being "ATTRACTIVE"
Attraction is an emotional state
Attractive is a physical trait (Good looking face, ripped abs, well dressed, etc)
Once you realize that and actually implement it there is no way you should be saying a certain guy has a different chance% than another, because what one of them can do another person can do also.
Funny thing is before I even met this deaf guy I remember I used to try approaching women without saying a word, and it would surely open up. After about 5 minutes they would be dieing because they realize I'm not actually different and since they were already having fun before I even talked they open up great.
It's all in you head but you'll realize one day hopefully.
