I'm trying to locate some oatmeal in the UK.

I got some from Holland & Barrett but its like a ground flour, and only says add to cereals, soups etc on the packet.

Do you guys eat this stuff on its own?

Or should I be looking for Porridge Rolled Oats/ Oat bran? (maybe the its called a different thing in the UK)

Quaker it some good stuff, I fill up a big bowl, sprinkle some raisins and desicated coconut in and fill with milk. Tastes great cold.

Sounds like a good recipe. I usually go with milk and some peanut butter melted into it. Tastes pretty good.

I agree, oatmeal and cornmeal are good for feeding farm animals, but after a while even animals can have a reaction to it.

fruits and vegetables are a better choice for carbs.
