As I read this I wondered "How does he avoid getting nailed for child support, must be a lawyer or have a good one working for him ". Then I got towards the bottom. OH OK. He HAS been nailed for child support, just not with all of the mommies (yet). Then I got to thinking "Even if he made these mommies sign an affidavit saying they would never demand child support, we know all it takes is one mommy to go to a Judge and cry and it would be torn up".

Child support may not be waived by contract, as a matter of public policy. (There is a minor exception to this rule, but only if the dad volunteers to pay more than the state mandates.)
Fortunately for this guy, though, state-ordered child support will typically max out at about 50% of one's pay check. The rationale is that if they take much more than that, you won't be able to support yourself enough to keep a job. So for the most part, every baby momma after about #3 or #4 is screwed. In all likelihood, they will never see anything out of him.

Well, according to the article he already has 50% of his income gone and if his future income increases, he may be liable for more $$. His kids are spread out in different states, and such CS laws per state may vary, along with different potential case judges.
Bottom line - he's way too busy screwing his own livelihood.
