It turns out that although eggs are a superb choice for some hardcore protein, you need to be careful about how you cook them if you want to gain the MOST out of them.
Cooking eggs changes their chemical structure, and some proteins are lost. However, it turns out that cooking the white part of the egg actually makes it MORE digestible by the body.
Now you're probably asking how this dilemna can be solved. It's very easy, if you use my new egg cooking method.
First, boil water in a pot. Next, turn the heat off and immediately add the eggs to the hot water. Cover the pot and let it sit there for approximately 5-10 minutes. Next, take the eggs out, take the shells off them and eat them up.
Ive noticed that in this way, the egg white is cooked pretty well while the yolk is hard on the outside but still retains its original form inside.
Not only does this kill two birds with one stone, but it also eliminates that salmonella risk that accompanies eating fully raw eggs.
Also, I would like to mention to you the benefits of raw honey. Raw honey is full of very good carbs and a lot of natural enzymes. So basically try to find a place in your area that has natural RAW HONEY and buy some.
