Upper left side body.


Potential gym injury


Upper left body feels pain especially when sitting down and leaning forward. Pain in elbow and wrist. This has been going on for weeks. Most notable on a nighttime.


I felt it a lot after gym yesterday. Now ive had slight pins and needles in my left hand for a few hours.


Maybe a nerve problem?
