I'm always in awe when I see a 60 or 70 year old Martial Arts Guru or Sifu making easy work when sparring with his students or some random practitioner who challenges him to a fight. It's not just the Physical obviously, it's the intangible Chi and spiritual vigor/wisdom they cultivated over the years.
It’s like their bodies may age, but their technique and awareness just keep getting sharper. That inner calm and energy is something I think a lot of us strive for, whether in martial arts or just life in general. Inspiring stuff.
