Ok, I'm not quite sure which forum to put this post in, but you are all probably aware that there have been posts saying that if you don't masturbate, you will be more motivated to pickup girls.

For the past few weeks I have been seeing 2 girls, and have hardly jerked off at all. I anticipate sex with either girl very soon, but I've something to mention about not jerkin it.

Basically if you don't j.o, and if you aren't having sex, your body will still get rid of the excess semen, and no matter how hard you try, you cannot control this....you will have a wet dream.

Even at my age (24) it still happens. And when you least expect it. I believe not j.o. is only a good idea if you are having sex.

Sorry if this seems like a pointless post, but I had to get that off my chest.

Just keep up your vitamin suppliments (especially magnesium and zinc, I believe) and eat a balanced diet. You are supposed to be able to ejaculate what, several times a day? Maybe the number is less as you get older, but at the very least I would imagine you can ejaculate once a day.

Though the point isn't whether you can 'recover', what I'm pointing out is that unless you j.o just before heading to a club, you shouldn't have too much trouble.

I'd hope, anyway.

So you've gone cold turkey... and still your not getting any arsss.... You'll be building physical tension and that will have a pschological impact on your game.. Why not eliminate any source that could provoke desperation ???
