"She Liked You in March. It's October Now."

Attraction runs on a clock.

She flirted for weeks. Touched your arm. Found reasons to be alone with you. And you were careful. Respectful. Waiting for the right moment.

The moment had a shelf life. It expired around month two, and by the time you asked her out, she'd quietly filed you under "little brother."

One of the hardest lessons inside the 22 Rules: women rarely wait. Interest either grows or it decays, and nothing decays it faster than a man who never moves.

Make the move while she's still inventing reasons to be near you.

What do you guys do when a girl ignores you after you hang out but you know she is definetley still interested? I'm pretty sure its so she dosn't seem easy / needy... just wait a week and call up?

"Stop Asking Your Friends What to Text Her"

Your buddy Dave has been single for three years and thinks "hey u up" is a valid strategy. Your other buddy Mike just got dumped and told you to "just be yourself."

You showed them her text. You asked them to decode the emoji. You drafted four responses and sent the screenshot to the group chat for a vote.

She's been waiting forty minutes.

Put the phone down. Stop crowdsourcing your love life. Type something that sounds like you. Hit send. Then go do literally anything else with your evening.

90% true.
But there are girls who HAVE to be pursued for whatever reason.
I know this for a fact for two reasons.
1.) I have lost atleast 2 HB's because my ego did not allow me to pursue to any more than a small effort. I nexted at the first sign of her ignoring me.
Later they admitted how they were hurt and how much they had hoped I had made an attempt.

2.)I CONSTANTLY watch my HB 9 cousin go through this with guys. She will be ridicoulously into a guy but still fake disinterest in the beginning. A lot of guys have not made it through as they either puss out or next right away. She doesn't do it as a test per se. She just needs/wants to be chased.

This is were intuition and experience come in. I no longer let my ego stop me from pursuing a woman if she is worth it. However, I never pursue a woman who is a waste of my time (i.e. not interested). There is a fine line and you won't get it right every time.

My SOP when dealing with this situation: I'll make three calls spread through out the first week. Only on the last call will I leave a message. I'll then make one final call about a week later and leave a message. After that I may or may not text after a prolonged period of time.

My new policy is this: as soon as the girl does anything that sucks (ie, is rude, seems distant, breaks up with you, etc), I just discontinue all communication. No more email. No more returned phone calls. Let them start to chase you again. Even if they send the "I'm dumping you" email, they still are intrigued if you don't write back. Discontinuing communication maximizes whatever chance you have of her returning after a few days.

100% Agree

I've learned in my journey throughout the game that my main problem was I nexted too quick, girls admitted to me later on that they were into me, but because of one thing that I did not like, I left or ignored or something....

Had one girl that asked me out for yoga and a dinner, and we stayed at the dinner table talking for close to 6 hours (i didn't know any better) and then afterwards I'd see her and she wouldn't look or speak to me, I took it as a sign of disinterest and started flirting with another girl in her group just for that girl to tell me she couldn't get involved because her friend (the orignial girl) was REALLY into me.... wtf ?? So yeah don't next too quick...

Some girls want to be chased and have that feeling of wondering if you like her and if she really likes you ect... they'll play a little hard to get, if you instantly turn off the 'box' u'll never get any play... not saying waste your life playing the game, but don't be so quick to put the controller down and give up

"She Made Her Decision Before You Finished Your Sentence"

Three seconds. That's how long it took. Your shoes. Your posture. The way you held your drink. Whether you looked at the floor or looked at her.

She already filed you away. Interesting. Boring. Safe. Bold. Before you even opened your mouth.

Everything you say after that is just her confirming what she already decided.

So stop rehearsing lines. Fix the first three seconds. Stand tall. Look up. Smile like you mean it. Walk like you belong wherever you're standing.

The words come later. The impression comes first.
