Do you guys know any way to put on mass and muscle while losing fat without using weights at all? Any routine at all?
She says the movie looks dumb; you suddenly agree. She tests you with a little attitude; you apologize for nothing.
You think you're being easy to get along with. She reads something else entirely: a man with no edges. Nothing to hold on to. No friction, no tension, no reason to wonder what he really thinks.
The "22 Rules" taught me to push back — playfully, calmly, without needing her approval. Strange things happened after that.
Dinner ran three hours. She laughed at everything. You walked her to her car thinking this one's locked in.
Then: nothing. Two texts. No reply. What happened?
You did what most men do on a great date. You filled every silence, answered every question, and left her with nothing to wonder about. No mystery. Nothing to sit with when she got home.
Rule 3 of the "22 Rules" changes the ending: tell her a little, hold back the rest, and let her imagination do the chasing. The ghosting stops too.

Next Monday you'll feel more confident. After the gym you'll feel more confident. After one more drink you'll feel more confident. After you get a better haircut, a better jacket, a better job.
You've been "getting ready" for two years.
She's standing ten feet away right now. She'll be gone in four minutes. No amount of preparation will manufacture the courage that only comes from moving your feet.
Walk over. Stumble through the first sentence. Let it be clumsy. Let it be imperfect. You will feel more alive in those ten seconds than you have all month.
Gymnasts don't train with weights at all?Kerpal said:You can gain muscle without using weights, just look at gymnasts.
Well, I think that's pretty useless as far as the OP wants, since I get the impression he just wants to do pushups and pullups in his house or something. If you've got access to gymanstics rings, you probably have access to weights too.Kerpal said:
yeah but the process is a lot slower correct? would it not be better for him to focus on one at a time?Warboss Alex said:the short answer is no.
eminence, you can definitely lose fat and gain muscle at the same time (thus maintaining your weight)
Yes, it is a slow process, but if you are patient then it works very well.eminence said:yeah but the process is a lot slower correct? would it not be better for him to focus on one at a time?

yeah but you do have to have tools don't you? when I say bench, sandbag and overhead bar, I mean a park bench or any raised surface, a tree limb or any high grippable overhang, and any object with an axis of symmetry that you can pick up. Fewer tools than that and no - imagination and desire won't do it without tools.AlexTheGreat said:no, the absolute minimum is imagination and desire. If you want something bad enough you'll do what you must to get to it, even if your tools aren't that fantastic.

but for the love of God LM, get to a gym and learn to love it...
Basicly, the reason your muscles will grow is because it has two choises. Either the muscle tear under the weight, or adapt and grow stronger/bigger. That is the reason why you wont get big on bodyweight only type of programs. Too light weight. Works maby a month?Lil Magic said:Do you guys know any way to put on mass and muscle while losing fat without using weights at all? Any routine at all?
*hides the donuts and poses accordingly*fireguy said:Or you can spend the nezt 2-5 years to reach an addonese greek body (like wabross alex)
eminence said:you can't put on mass and lose fat...it doesn't work that way. sounds to me like your lazy and looking for an easy way out.
You have either 2 choices....get cut up and lose muscle, or gain some mass and gain muscle along with it. And without weights...? did you seriously just ask that?
You made your case like a lawyer. Stable job. Good guy. Ready for something real. All true. All irrelevant.
She weighed your points, nodded along, felt nothing — then fell hard for some tattooed bartender with a motorcycle and a gambling problem.
Logic is where attraction goes to die. The "22 Rules" work a level deeper, on the subconscious switches that decide within minutes whether you register as a MAN or as part of the furniture.
Stop presenting evidence. Start flipping switches.

You'll gain muscle mass a bit slower, but you'll lose fat. Also make sure your diet is very clean. Google "nutritional timing"
