"How I Made Sure No Woman Ever Friend-Zoned Me Again"

She calls you when her car breaks down. When she needs help moving. When some guy she's actually dating treats her badly.

You're the listener. The reliable one. The guy who would treat her so much better, if she'd just open her eyes.

She won't. You trained her to see you as the low-effort option — the friend who requires zero risk and zero investment. Every favor dug the hole deeper.

The "22 Rules" break the pattern. You'll stop auditioning for a role she already cast and become the man she chases instead. It starts with Rule 1.

Dudes, after many problems with my (now ex) GF I came to a conclusion and like to share it with you.

If there's one thing that woman will try to convince us, ALWAYS, is that we are overreacting in any situation.

"I think you're overreacting. There's no need to be jealous".
"You shouldn't be mad if she is with other guy now having lunch and is going to have some coffee at his apartment later. You're overreacting.".

IT'S YOUR LIFE! It HAS to be in your terms. Doesn't matter if you're right or wrong, you're NOT going to be happy if you don't feel right about it. You don't have to put up with ANYTHING.

"Why Women Dump the Guys Who Try the Hardest"

You paid for dinner. You drove. You said "whatever you want is fine" every single time. All the effort, no expectations.

And she left anyway — probably for a guy who makes her pick up the pizza.

Painful. Also predictable. Her mind quietly concludes that anything requiring zero effort from her is worth exactly zero. You became a free sample, and free samples get taken for granted.

The 22 Rules flip the dynamic. Small shifts that get her investing effort, money, and time in you — until SHE'S the one afraid of losing YOU.

You've misunderstood what they mean by "overreacting".

They don't mean "your emotional reaction is disproportionate to the situation and not justified".

They mean "you're acting like a woman and I find this extremely unattractive."

A REAL MAN is in full control of himself at all times and would never allow something so petty to influence him like that.

Men don't allow their emotions to dictate their actions, that would be reacting. Men act, they don't react.

So your girl is gonna be fvcking some other guy. You feel a strong negative emotional reaction. But you don't start ranting and raving and worrying and yelling like a woman. You acknowledge your feelings and rationally decide on your next course of action, which in the case of your b!tch cheating on you, should be to kick her out on her ass.

The point is not to lose control or anything like that.

What I'm trying to say is, if something happens to you and you want to do something, THAT'S WHAT YOU DO.

Just like when you see your girl flirting with other guys. That's NOT acceptable. You don't go screaming and yelling like a little girl. You just give her what she deserve. Ok, but happens all the time: LATER, many many people are going to try to convince you that you "overreacted" when in fact you did what you KNOW was right. This is a trap, that I except that no one of us DJs fall to.

Guilty is a powerful and destructive feeling.

EDIT: when I said that flirting with other guys was not acceptable, I mean that IF you don't think it's acceptable than it is not. That's YOUR choice, and no one (man or woman) should question you for this. Nevermind telling you that you're being unfair.

(sorry, I'm not fluent in english! :))

lol, think this goes back to our 'protector' days dj. When there were no laws, another guy could just take your chick and rape her when she was out or you weren't around.

In today's world, there are all kinds of laws protecting from this, which is a good thing, but hasn't diminished our ancestor males need for protecting his woman.

Women don't have that same kind of 'protection' factor going on. Some do understand how it works though.
