“The 22 Psychological Triggers That Make Women Chase You… Starting Tonight”

Forget the cash, the cars, and the chiseled jawlines. Female desire operates on a completely different frequency. Primal. Subconscious. Triggers that bypass her logic and hit her on a gut level. Most guys are totally blind to them.

I know because I was one of them. The overthinking. The paralysis. The silent drive home kicking yourself for freezing up. Watching average guys walk away with the girl while you stood there stuck in your own head.

Then I decoded the psychology behind what actually makes women tick. 22 hard rules.  Subtle behavioral shifts that rewired my entire reality. The anxiety evaporated. Women started leaning in. Investing. Chasing.

Today in the gym I finished up on my leg workout ahead of time and thought that it couldn't hurt to throw in some mild cardio........NEVER DO CARDIO RIGHT AFTER A LEG WORKOUT. I only had the treadmill set to 6.0 incline @ 6.5mph, I had to stop at .36 miles because I felt like I was going to throw up at any second. Came home,20 minutes later I felt worse and it hurt to try and eat. 1 hour later after burping a whole bunch and taking a nap I feel much better but I'm never running right after a leg workout again! Just aheads up to everyone else because I wouldn't want anyone else to expierence the same thing.

What happens, IN HER MIND, is that she comes to see you as WORTHLESS simply because she hasn't had to INVEST anything in you in order to get you or to keep you.

You were an interesting diversion while she had nothing else to do. But now that someone a little more valuable has come along, someone who expects her to treat him very well, she'll have no problem at all dropping you or demoting you to lowly "friendship" status.

I run 3 miles after my leg workout, in 30 minutes.

Mabye youre just not in shape ;)

I've heard that HIIT after leg workout is bad, but low-medium cardio couldn't hurt.

You might have not eaten enough that day. You need energy to fuel your workout, if you run out of steam, then you aren't getting enough calories.

Have either of you ever DONE a leg workout?
You sure seem to act like you know a bunch when you have yet to prove that you are even in the slightest of shape. Anyone can post words on a forum but where is the proof that your knowledge is correct?

If you currently have too many women chasing you, calling you, harassing you, knocking on your door at 2 o'clock in the morning... then I have the simple solution for you.

Just read my free ebook 22 Rules for Massive Success With Women and do the opposite of what I recommend.

This will quickly drive all women away from you.

And you will be able to relax and to live your life in peace and quiet.

Hmm. What exactly do I need to prove to know that you shouldn't be able to walk, let alone run, after training legs?

It's not just the running thing. The statement you made was about leg workouts in general.

I've done enough leg workouts over the past 5-6 years to know that I hobbled, not walked, out of the gym each time. Except the times when I chickened out on the 20 rep squats, which I did quite a few times. :D

When I get my legs I have to sit down for at least 10-15 minutes before I go anywhere. Usually I plant my ass on the mats under the squat rack and hope no one wants to use it before I get up hahahaha

I shake and tremble after a leg workout but am still capable of running on a flat surface.

Yesterday i did a short (I had to squeeze it in my shcedule) 20 minute leg routine consisting of super sets.

I did 5 sets of 8-15 rep 225 pound squats immediatley followed by calf raises and then leg curls. No rest. The entire workout took me less than 20 minutes and I couldn't even walk up the stairs to the cardio room.

But I still managed a two mile run in 13:30 and a 500 meter swim in less than 9 minutes.

Total workout time including pre-pool shower: less than 50 minutes (I didn't rest once).

just because you're legs are jello after a leg workout doesn't mean you can't do cardio with your legs. Eff strength, that's when it comes to endurance.

For the record, that was a FUBARed wokout compared to my normal routine. i was just very short on time and had to get cardio in.

Uhh...I'm maxing my weights every week, still linear gains, I do pyramid sets and worksets and the 15 rep each Monday. Granted I only started doing the right stuff recently(afew months).

And after legs + cardio, I literally can't walk down the stairs(i almost fell down them acouple weeks ago..my legs were under me but they wouldnt stay upright)...I take the elevator.
