If I had female cousins (I only have one, shes 4) and they were talking with guys 3 yrs older+ they would warned once, threatned next, and then beaten. Literally. Your family is disfunctional if they let her date a 24 y/o... and they are bad parents if they "dont know."

This is got to be one of the most illogical ways to make a decision, thats like saying "If you dont buy these drugs some other guy is going to be buying them later". Or "if you dont rob this store, some other guy will eventually". I am not argueing with if you think its right that he should go out with the 13 y/o I am saying that this is not the way to base a decision.
