In lawsuit happy America, I could see how Bumble could open themselves up to some liability if a unsolicited pic was sent and someone got offended using their platform and they didn't have safeguards in place. I believe this was actually the other way around, that texas ratified laws limiting child access to p*rn (which I agree with), but that p*rnhub blocked all IPs coming from texas because they did not have a sufficient means of verification and didn't want liability.

But what it opens up is the opportunity for government to shut down any social media platform they don't agree with - which can be far more damaging. It's not , but Bumble takes it to an entirely new level ........ it's like a private playground for awkward and delusional women to treat men with a level of contempt they would never be able to achieve in the real world because they simply aren't attractive enough or social enough
