Lol! I would say your joking but I have held out for a while before I found out that happens (the longest was a month and a half.) But I'm starting on Dec. 1st and gonna go to the new year, then once I reach that point I'm gonna stop and re-evaluate everything (me, all that I have learned, etc.) So I have one more day to I quote, "Beat my meat like it owes me money."

I am on my 4th day today and here are some notes...
1.To keep motivated, i took a small piece of paper and wrote down the dates from Nov 26 to Dec 2, each with a nice, perfectly square, checkbox assigned to them. When i wake up in the morning, i take my paper and place a perfect checkmark in the perfect checkbox corresponding to the date of the previous day: Another little victory to the evergrowing list of victories! I will make a new paper with more dates after i complete 1 week.
2.I can't wait for the morning so i can add another checkmark and prove to myself that i am in control of my urges, and frankly it wasn't that hard till today.
