That article says find a women get married.....sounds outdated
You asked her if she wanted to grab coffee. Then you asked if the time worked. Then you asked if the place was okay. Then you asked if she'd prefer tea.
Four questions. Four chances for her to say no. Four signals that you're terrified of making a decision.
Plan it. Pick the place. Pick the time. Tell her where to meet you. She'll either show up or she won't.
Either way, you look like a man instead of a scared little boy.
When a woman says it, guys hear a confession. A heads-up. A scheduling conflict.
Here's the translation: I don't feel anything. Right now. With you.
Watch what happens when a man triggers actual attraction. The busy career, the recent breakup, the "not in a place to date" — all of it evaporates instantly. The same woman who was guarding her freedom is suddenly free every night.
The "22 Rules" explain why. When the right switches flip, her timeline rearranges itself around you.
Don Pepot, your story is ****ing epic!Don Pepot said::rockon: Yeah its just P*ssy man.
After almost a month of no fap.
1. I lose considerate amount of weight around 3 kgs/2weeks with freeletics before 8kgs/6 months with diet.
2. I continue to write my book without hesitation.
3. Ive been to 4 dates. 3 tonsil hockeys, 1 failed (HB9), I got laid once.
4. I talk to everyone and I am happy.
5. I feel like bulletproof. I dont consider life right now a drama. It is always a challenge.
7. I pressed my clothes, fixed my posture, and teach myself how to walk properly.
8. I eat less, drink beer less, and I dont love sleep anymore.
FYI, I am an ugly short overweight asian. I am five foot three mess with cellulite everywhere. Before, i keep on seeking the meaning of life and its mysteries. Yeahp, I read tons of bull**** from being a PUA, changing my mindset, and every self-help mumbo jumbo I can pick on the internet.
Then something happened. I watch limitless by BRADLEY COOPER. A wreck turned into a DON JUAN but of course with drugs. But thats not the point.. I can still remember BRADLEY COOPER telling something to his self "If I keep myself stationary, I think I will explode". That made me try no-fapping after reading some reviews here on the thread. After a week, I think I will explode. I never amass 1 week supply of testosterone since I learned to fap when I was in grade school. My body just remembers all I did read and my acquired knowledge during my fapping days.
I searched motivation on youtube and i cried 1 litter of tears why did I waste my life for how many years of inactivity. I am super pumped out now. As in none will get in my way....

Very inspiring.
The the last couple of days I have been able to relate to A LOT of what you are describing (I am about 10 days).
This is amazing! ...and so easy, feels like cheating![]()
Dinner ran three hours. She laughed at everything. You walked her to her car thinking this one's locked in.
Then: nothing. Two texts. No reply. What happened?
You did what most men do on a great date. You filled every silence, answered every question, and left her with nothing to wonder about. No mystery. Nothing to sit with when she got home.
Rule 3 of the "22 Rules" changes the ending: tell her a little, hold back the rest, and let her imagination do the chasing. The ghosting stops too.
Three seconds. That's how long it took. Your shoes. Your posture. The way you held your drink. Whether you looked at the floor or looked at her.
She already filed you away. Interesting. Boring. Safe. Bold. Before you even opened your mouth.
Everything you say after that is just her confirming what she already decided.
So stop rehearsing lines. Fix the first three seconds. Stand tall. Look up. Smile like you mean it. Walk like you belong wherever you're standing.
The words come later. The impression comes first.

Almost got laid 4 days ago, didnt notice she was asking for it    , I still laugh thinking about how obvious that was.
That might be for the better though, I'll be sharper next time AND I had a good nights sleep before work
This is called the "flatline" phase. It doesn't last forever. But it's another reason to make sure you have a consistent healthy diet and workout routine to help keep your hormones more level thus giving you a steady supply of energy to work with. Enjoy it for now cause eventually the urges will come back even stronger but for shorter periods of time.matt428carr said:It's been a month for me today. Got laid once, but no fap, and just a little porn(just pictures, and barely any). I'm not sure how I feel.. kinda depressed a bit I think, not really horny, and not really interested in sex too much. Is this normal? I was feeling really good there for awhile, but recently.. I don't know.. just weird I guess.
Any info would be greatly appreciated.
You paid for dinner. You drove. You said "whatever you want is fine" every single time. All the effort, no expectations.
And she left anyway — probably for a guy who makes her pick up the pizza.
Painful. Also predictable. Her mind quietly concludes that anything requiring zero effort from her is worth exactly zero. You became a free sample, and free samples get taken for granted.
The 22 Rules flip the dynamic. Small shifts that get her investing effort, money, and time in you — until SHE'S the one afraid of losing YOU.
You've replayed it a hundred times. She stood three feet away, scrolling her phone. You had an opening. You composed the perfect line — after she was gone.
For all you know, she's married now. To some guy who said something. Anything.
Openers are cheap. Almost any sentence works when it's delivered within three seconds. The expensive part is the standing there, drafting and deleting, while the window quietly closes.
The "22 Rules" stripped out my hesitation. What to open with, how to keep it alive, and the one habit that costs guys more women than anything else: waiting for perfect.
