"She Laughed All Night. Then She Ghosted You. Here's Why."

Dinner ran three hours. She laughed at everything. You walked her to her car thinking this one's locked in.

Then: nothing. Two texts. No reply. What happened?

You did what most men do on a great date. You filled every silence, answered every question, and left her with nothing to wonder about. No mystery. Nothing to sit with when she got home.

Rule 3 of the "22 Rules" changes the ending: tell her a little, hold back the rest, and let her imagination do the chasing. The ghosting stops too.

The no contact worked like a charm, i didnt contact her for for 2 days and she comes back to the apartment today.

she was knocking on the door and i didint open, i let her knock , knock and knock, she got to a point she cut the rear screen to the window to try and climb in, before i let her climb in i came down and opened the door.

Before you guys say anything know that the place is in her name and i agreed to pay the rent until lease is up.

Veterans i need your input please.

"The Coffee Shop Girl You Never Spoke To"

You've replayed it a hundred times. She stood three feet away, scrolling her phone. You had an opening. You composed the perfect line — after she was gone.

For all you know, she's married now. To some guy who said something. Anything.

Openers are cheap. Almost any sentence works when it's delivered within three seconds. The expensive part is the standing there, drafting and deleting, while the window quietly closes.

The "22 Rules" stripped out my hesitation. What to open with, how to keep it alive, and the one habit that costs guys more women than anything else: waiting for perfect.

2 days isn't no contact. 2 weeks or 2 months is no contact. If she's going that crazy after 2 days, then something is messed up in her head, and you should be dating better girls.

maybe not

well was her stuff in the apartment, like her cell phone / keys / wallet.... anything she may need that she can't get elsewhere?

what did she use to cut through the screen? bare hands? hedge trimmers?

details are important. 2 days isn't no contact tho; if she didn't need anything inside and she didn't have the place in her name, she'd just be crazy. but since she's got her name on the place... why doesn't she have a key?

explain please

"She Made Her Decision Before You Finished Your Sentence"

Three seconds. That's how long it took. Your shoes. Your posture. The way you held your drink. Whether you looked at the floor or looked at her.

She already filed you away. Interesting. Boring. Safe. Bold. Before you even opened your mouth.

Everything you say after that is just her confirming what she already decided.

So stop rehearsing lines. Fix the first three seconds. Stand tall. Look up. Smile like you mean it. Walk like you belong wherever you're standing.

The words come later. The impression comes first.

What Rollo said.

I hate to say it: if the lease is in her name, it's her home, she has every right to be in there. So Brother, you might think about finding another place to live if you don't want to deal with her.

May be in her name, but they had an agreement that he would pay the rent until the lease was up as he's living there.

Would that not make it a sub lease?

If you didn't right a contract to pay the rent. Move out and go live somewhere else. Pay rent for an apartment in your name. and let her ass get evicted then maybe she would be more appreictative.

can someone tell me more on this, im not taking any chances..

"So, What Do You Do for Fun?"

She asks it casually, mid-sip. And you feel the floor open up, because the honest answer is work, gym, and a couple shows you're half-watching.

Women rarely say this out loud, but a man with a life is attractive before he says a word. The guy who spent Saturday deep-sea fishing and came back with photos and a story — he walks in already interesting.

The "22 Rules" pushed me to build a life worth talking about. Turns out the fastest way to be interesting to women is to be interested in your own life first.

First of all, oral contracts many times are deemed valid. She agreed to let you have the apt until the lease was up if you paid the rent? I believe that would make it a sub lease.

This being the case, she actually broke into your apt.

Here you go.

Advice from a guy who has a law degree [but isn't allowed to give you legal advice or represent you cause i don't know where you are from]:

If i were you, i would just email her confirming your oral agreement, saying what you understand the terms to be. This way your verbal agreement is in some way memorialized (in writing) before any possible legal troubles begin. feel free to let her know that you are writing this after the events [describe them in the email] that transpired. THEN GO NO CONTACT. She's probably going to dispute the terms, and if her disputed terms are rediculous, then think about moving out or speaking to the Landlord.

IF THE APARTMENT IS NOT SAFE, GO SOMEWHERE THAT IS, TAKE PHOTOS OF THE PLACE BEFORE YOU LEAVE AND TAKE YOUR PRECIOUS STUFF WITH YOU. send the email. contact friends and family about it. don't hide it online.
