No Contact = No Masturbation

I dont know if this idea was thrown already but as the title suggests, no contact means no masturbation.

Why?

UNDER SPECIAL CONDITIONS like oneitis, everytime you whack off you bring an image of your ex. For the sake of mental and emotional improvement, no contact means "not seeing" the girl, even when jerking off.

DATA?

I have a high libido and very sick with oneitis. That is a deadly combination because I find myself in an endless loop. I feel like **** when I 'm done and plus the psychological effects of over masturbation will dig you deeper. You can search this forum and numerous sites to see what I mean.

SOLUTION?

No more masturbation. With no contact overtime you will be yourself again. This is harder than just only no contact but its worth it. Not only do you cure your oneitis but also disciplines your desire and strengthens your will.

No Contact till I die. No Masturbation till I die (or no more oneitis).

Wake up and realise you are a MAN.

that's a very good idea. I completely agree with the oneitis point of view. I'm trying the no masturbation even though I do not have a oneitis, one week so far.

I think that the whole concept of "no contact" has been taken too far. It was initially created as a way to stop newbies from doing stupid sh!t, e.g. calling up their ex and trying to get back together. It doesn't need to be some all consuming way of life until you get over your ex. You want to touch yourself? Go for it. Don't let some EX-girlfriend stop you.
