Iv come here to work on my LTR and dating skills. I'm learning slowly! Always been good at ONS FWB but I can never keep them around or I turn into there beta toy:cuss: .... You guys are definitely helping me figure out why. This site is probably the best thing that ever happened to me.


With that out of the way what the hell am I suppose to do about having no car and I'm back at Moms till I move?! Except move to a city. I royally messed my life up and my dad is moving me to NYC were he lives in the next 1-2 years but I need to practice in the mean time.

I know this really screws me up. Ideas? I ride a road bike 50+ miles a day so I can get places fairly quickly. Nothing's more than 10 miles in my town. I'm not a bum I make good money.

Welcome to our forums, Sir. For me I am a Midwest redneck who lives on a road where you not only need a car you need 4-wheel drive to get out of here some winter days. But in NYC, you may be in luck, you may not even need a car. I think I heard where like 70% of NYC people don't even have one. Our NYC folks on here may be able to provide you more on that.

I see nothing wrong with living with mom and dad temporarily until you can get on your feet. We have guys on here posting about that periodically. We all make mistakes and need to do things to get back on our feet. Just don't be coming back to us in say 2-3 years and say you are "stuck there".

no reason not to have a car if u make good money. used cars can be bought for cheap bro. if sum dude in college can afford car payments then so can u makin good money. cars r essential for dating and for ur well being.

I have no car either, puts more power in the womens hand. I driven before, never on the highway, over the years I developed a driving highway phobia.....smh

Yes I definitely see that and has been a problem I have realized after coming here...

How do you get around this without giving the women more power/control?
