3 more approaches today and 1 more number. The girl today said she'd like to talk with me more first before meeting for coffee.

Man I am getting a lot of apprehension from these women so I gotta learn to build comfort.

Of the 7 numbers I got this week, it looks like only 1-2 are actually responding to me/into me. That's a pretty ****ty ratio. One of those girls is 18 years old so right now I'm feeling that the only game I can pull is on nieve little girls...man not good at all. The other one is 22 so if I get a date with her that'd be an ego boost.

OP I assume you're 20 or younger.

Please stop hitting on chicks at work. If you want to hit on chicks during the day, keep it ones who aren't working. Because I'm always the guy behind you trying to get my sh*t done and go home and have to stand there and wait for you to deliver your worn-out sales pitch. When you walk out the door, the chick and I knowingly smirk and roll our eyes.

And go to my blog and read my post "Don't Hit on Women who are Paid to Be Nice to You." Any beta shmuck can "pick up" women who absolutely have to interact with you. It's like going to a hospital and "picking up" women who are paralyzed and unable to leave or shake their heads no. Just sad.
